A nice modern, well equipped apartment, close to supermarket, bars and restaurants. Nice west facing balcony for sunset views. Good bathroom and comfortable bed. Would recommend for a stay in central Auckland

Superb location with the most amazing views. Place was extremely clean, very spacious and had everything you could possibly require (great cutlery & crockery, glass wear and plenty of platters and serving bowls). Lovely big dining table, plenty seating inside and out. Easy access to the beach with a lovely long stretch of beachfront to walk all the way down to the lagoon and pier where you can fish. Pool was heated and hot tub available. Beds were extremely comfortable and plenty of storage space available. Highly recommend and already looking to see when I can come again.

Quiet and peaceful stay, especially after an action filled day in Rotorua. Close enough to everything yet tucked away in a quiet street. Well thought out and you have everything you need. Thank you for having us.

The unit was as per the photos, had everything we required for a lovely break away from home especially the coffee machine. Although in a busy area it was not overly noisy, very handy to both beaches, cafes and the Hot Pools. Great to have off street parking in a secure area. Would highly recommend.

Spacious, Spotless, and Thoughtfully Designed Stay ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We absolutely enjoyed our time at this well-thought-out apartment, located on the ground floor of the main house. The space was squeaky clean—inside and out—and beautifully maintained, which made us feel instantly at home. We were greeted with thoughtful touches like treats, coffee, and tea, and truly appreciated the early check-in offered due to our early arrival. The apartment itself is spacious, light, and airy, perfect for relaxing after a day out. There’s a lovely backyard with a table to sit and unwind, although we didn’t get a chance to use it during our stay. While there's no parking on the property, we easily found street parking right outside the gate. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance, which was a bonus. Overall, a wonderful and welcoming stay—would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient base!

Absolutely stunning spot! The views were amazing right from the living room and deck. The kitchen was well appointed. We really enjoyed our two nights there. Took advantage of the hot tub. Julls was a wonderful host and very responsive. Would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommend!!!

Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und alles da was gebraucht wird. Besonders schön war das bereitgestellte Müsli. Einziges Manko, dass im Bad keine Heizung ist. Die Nächte waren sehr kalt und damit das Bad entsprechend runter gekühlt. Ansonsten ist die Aussicht ein Traum.

Amazing lake side apartment - the pool was a game changer it was heated, the kids had multiple swims each day. Great location, tidy apartment and super comfy beds - we will be back :)

Lovely stay about 10-15 minute drive from town. Nice and clean. Queen bedroom is in a loft with no doors and king is in a private bedroom, so keep that in mind. Otherwise, the home was the perfect size for 3 adults, who mostly stayed inside due to inclement weather. Did not walk to the beach during our stay but after checking out, it was a short and pleasant drive.
