We do have a couple of dogs who like to greet guests in the morning with a bark but it doesn’t go on for long and not every morning

Stayed here for two months. Highly recommend this for anyone in the area for a longer period. It is very walkable to the centre of Hamilton. There are co-working spaces nearby (I used The Crate) if that’s something that’s important. Within a very short walk there is a car rental place and making use of that to explore the surrounding area was excellent. Good bus links and the buses take both Bee Card and Cash (at the time of writing). Fantastic place, would absolutely stay again if I am in the area

It was a very good place to stay. Graham and Sarah are very friendly, easy to talk and helpful couple. They have thought of everything for a comfortable stay. They have horses, cows, sheep and pigs that we could feed - the kid loved it. The bunk beds were a big hit for my kid. I would stay here again next time I go to Rotorua and I wouldn't need to go anywhere,I could stay the whole day at this house. There is so much to do games, BBQ, table tennis etc etc.

Beautiful home on a nice quiet street. Very clean home and towels were provided. Big yard with a playground. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine. Also has a reading area with books just off the lounge area. Has a bath with a seperate shower. Plenty of double doors one of them opening to a semi enclosed patio at the back. Another going on to the front patio and one to the side garden. Would definitely book this property again.
