This stunning designer home is has been built for luxury, featuring expansive deck areas with beautiful sea views. Short walk to Saint Heliers Beach and shops. Short drive to Kohi and Mission bay Beaches. 15 minutes from Auckland CBD Enjoy the sun drenched deck and lounge areas and explore the sights nearby. You will have the entire place to yourself however there is a self contained flat attached to the house with a separate entry that may be occupied. We have a strict no parties policy.

The open-plan living area features a comfortable sectional sofa and a wood-burning fireplace. Large glass doors provide a clear view of the deck and the Hauraki Gulf beyond. Natural light fills the space, highlighting the inviting wood accents throughout.

Oceanview Retro Retreat. Quiet & Cosy Living

Enjoy Scandi-designed furnishings, seaviews, and lush surroundings. The wrap-around deck leads to dual terraces to watch the sunset or enjoy a bbq. A 10-min walk to Rocky Bay Beach, and the local Community Hall serves coffee and cake on the weekends. Our home has 2 separate bedrooms and one bathroom. 15-20 min drive to ferry.
