Waterfront vacation rentals in Waiheke Island

A wonderful AirBnB with a stunning view and great amenities. So helpful to have a dedicated carpark when travelling with kids. Mike was a fantastic host and provided both portacot and high chair for our stay. The apartment had all we needed and enough space for an extended long weekend stay. We loved the selection of pools in the complex and how close it was to everything.

Totally enjoyed our stay. Close to restaurants and shops. Close to the wharf. Great view from the deck.

Peter’s AirBNB is gorgeous and well stocked. He was friendly, responsive, and on premise much of our stay (which is a private section of his home), but also great about giving us privacy. We especially enjoyed the pool and charming garden spaces - as well as the breakfast food and tea/coffee provided. A few notes that weren’t fully clear to me before arriving: >Washer is on site but generally not for guest use (though we got the OK to do a couple loads when we asked) > There is no living room or indoor common area of the Airbnb space. > There are gorgeous outdoor spaces with shade covering to enjoy for meals at home - but only bedroom/hallway space available indoors for “hang out space” > The Rotary walk area is easily accessible from this space - and the views are even better than the pictures :)

Well what a view welcomed us as we entered Jos fab place!!! 🤩 We had such a great time. Clean and comfy especially the bed… we slept so well. Absolutely loved watching the bird life from the windows… so many Kingfishers!! The walk way to the beach was really great and such a lovely place to stroll at anytime of the day. Jo was so helpful and friendly yet left us to it giving us our privacy. Everything was great and we have already recommended it to others! 👍

Marg welcomed us warmly and showed us her property, which was generously stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It is close to the beach and a variety of restaurants, also the bus that goes into Auckland city. It was perfect for our stay and we would love to return if we were to visit Auckland again.

Great apartment and location. Could do with a heat pump or such as was quite cold early evening and early morning but apart from that I’d recommend.

Another wonderful stay in Bayswater - great studio, great location, great host.

I cannot recommend Kohi Del Mar highly enough. As a family of four, both on holiday and working, it was a fabulous apartment. Great restaurant options within an easy walk, opposite the beach with great views and 15 mins into town. Treat yourself, you won’t be disappointed and it will feel like you’re really on holiday. Really happy with our choice.

Louise's home was an excellent place for us to start from in visiting Auckland and New Zealand. The Half Moon Bay Marina was only 15 minutes away, where we grabbed a ferry for a day at Waiheke Island and had a wonderful time. It's a beautiful home that we really enjoyed.

This place and the views, just stunning. Loved that we could use the hot tub and massage chair, made for a relaxing stay. Thank you to the host for a memorable weekend

I stayed here with my parents, young kids, and small dog and had an amazing, relaxing holiday. The location is truly unmatched on a super quiet street right on the beach, with a well kept spa pool always waiting for us after we’d taken a dip in the ocean. Our little one loved going out in the canoe on the shallow water, and there was plenty of space for all of us in terms of bed and bathrooms. The kitchen came fully stocked with essentials and we appreciated the inclusion of a stand steamer for use before a big event. The place was also very pet friendly with full fencing and a self closing gate. We had a lovely stay with Amy and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Lee's place. It was a lovely house, was very clean and had lots of space for all of us. The area was peaceful, safe and had wonderful views of the ocean. Lee and Joe were wonderful hosts. We appreciated their quick responses and helpful recommendations.

We had a beautiful stay at Kylie’s property. The view was spectacular. Everything was well appointed. Super convenient location, close to the sea link ferry. Even though we weren’t lucky with the weather, as it was raining mostly, the location and the views made up for it. Kylie was really responsive and a great host. Highly recommended xx

Beautiful views and location. The house has a great lay out and every room has beautiful views of the water and park. The house was very clean. Claire was so kind and welcoming.

We arrived a day later than expected due to flight delays. When we arrived the standard of cleaning was very poor. Although this seems not always to be the case, based on previous comments the guest prior to us certainly had the same issues. However once we contacted the host they responded immediately. Xie in particular put everything in motion, checking in along with Tina that we were satisfied that the cleaning was to an acceptable level. The rest of our time was fantastic(we were there for 6 weeks). Good facilities, there was only two of us so comments about lack of cutlery and utensils from the previous guest didn’t apply. However there is now a spatula as we bought one! Great proximity to the beach and Mission Bay eateries. Would recommend but check cleaning standards.
