Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

The apartment has a south-facing balcony and large west-facing terrace overlooking the Steinberge, which invites you to chill, a fireplace makes sleeping in the canopy bed particularly cozy.

Our sunny and cozy pure mountain BASE is located in the middle of the Kitzbüheler Alpen. There are lots of outdoor sports possible within only a few minutes of walking or driving distance. e.g. the magical Grießbachklamm, the golf course, diverse skiing areas and the cross-country ski-tracks. The BASE is our private house, which includes two comfortable apartments, where you can enjoy your holidays.

Our newly built holiday apartment is located on the top floor of our farmhouse, featuring a separate entrance and accommodating as many as 6 people. The new wooden block building, built in traditional architecture and insulated with sheep wool, is located in the idyllic lakes and Salzkammergut area near the Salzburgring. The bus stop towards Salzburg or Bad Ischl is only a 7-minute walk away. From here you can reach all sights or excursion destinations in about half an hour.
