Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

It is a popular destination for hikers, climbers & fishermen and suitable for families. It is quiet and surrounded by nature and nevertheless quick and easy to reach from Zurich. The approach involves a few minutes’ walk along an unlit footpath. Not suitable for people with dust or mosquito allergies.

Sleeping in a barrel Relax on our farm in the cozy barrel. In the beautiful, mostly fog-free Ybrig and the surrounding area, you will find everything to enjoy your vacation, e.g. skiing in the nearby Hoch-Ybrig and Oberiberg ski resort, cross-country skiing in the neighboring village of Studen-Unteriberg, snowshoeing. Bike and hiking tours, as well as swimming in the indoor pool Unteriberg or the Alpamare in Pfäffikon-Schwyz, which can be reached from us in 30 minutes by car.

"My refuge", a tiny log cabin of a special kind. The log cabin, which was completely conceived, planned and built in Switzerland, has been in Ybrig (SZ) since this summer. Sauna, hot pot, wood-fired kitchen, terrace with a view – a luxurious accommodation for two equipped with the best Swiss products (from bed linen to dishes) and located in the middle of the beautiful Ybrig area. A good bed awaits you and a warm stove lets you comfortably enjoy the time you spend with us. The house in the greenhouse is very well insulated and has a nice large wood-burning stove and a small electric stove. The walls are open with many windows. For privacy, it has thick curtains everywhere.
