With the tasteful decor, you immediately feel at home and every detail has been thought of. From welcome sign with our names to fresh tea and filter coffee. Breakfast is also a great pampering that we enjoyed. Ronald and Ellen are two lovely people who will welcome you personally and will definitely have a chat with you. This place was very different to anywhere we had stayed before. Jochem had gone out of his way to make this an experience which it was. He was a fantastic host and provided us with way too much food etc. even wine and chocolates. We felt bad as we weren’t there much as we had booked a trip to Geithorn and also the Kuenkenhof gardens so we never got to partake of a lot of his generous offerings. Jochem’s place was very clean. The bed was comfortable and it was very peaceful. Jochem was a great communicator as well.

There were two of us over the weekend in the accommodation and we immediately felt very comfortable. The hostess was great! The sweet breakfast was also such a loving gesture, which we were also happy to accept. Everything was explained to us very well and bicycles were provided for activities. We are so excited that we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful holiday at Willems' place, I did not expect to be in his house but everything is done to be comfortable. A small booklet is put down so we know what to do in the area. It helps a lot and is super responsive when asked how to access a place. Thanks again

We loved every moment of our stay in Edwin's beautiful home! We were arriving earlier than the check in time, and Edwin made sure he was there to personally greet us and let us check in early. He was so friendly and helpful, with lots of lovely recommendations. He also left us enough food in the fridge for a couple of great breakfasts, which was much appreciated after some time travelling, and even some wine and beer for us too! The home was just lovely, beautifully taken care of but with plenty of charm. There was so much room to make ourselves at home, with a big comfy bed, cute little dining area, and the beautiful roof terrace to enjoy. The kitchen had everything we needed, great if you don't want to eat out all the time! We learned that Edwin is an artist and there was lots of his beautiful work displayed in the home which was a really cool touch. We were honoured to be your first Australian guests and we will be back next time we visit - we loved every moment!

Beautiful house with everything you need if you want to stay in this beautiful area. Hostess is friendly and always available (if needed). Furthermore, you have peace and privacy. In the morning you will be surprised with a great extensive breakfast. Couldn't be better.

Mijntje was a great host with fantastic communication before and during the stay. We loved the interior style of the house, the little garden and the neighbourhood. It was super stylish, yet cozy. :-) Little tip: During the cold season make sure you have some slippers with you, as the flooring is partly made of concrete.

Very welcoming family, they really care about this place and guests. You can chat a bit, take recommendations, ask for assistance with stuff like parking options around or second sheets and it’s all with respect to guests privacy and headspace so even if you’re introverted like myself you can still experience Dutch friendly vibe without being overwhelmed. Walking distance from busy streets but in peaceful neighbourhood makes this place such a gem.

We were two for 2 nights there. The reception was very warm and friendly. The available bicycles were a great way to take a leisurely evening ride or to be able to shop in less than 20 minutes. With our car, we drove to Zandvoort by the sea in just under 1 hour. It was incredibly relaxing and the area is very nice.

A perfect spot for a little break! Our time here was just wonderful. Particularly noteworthy are the delicious breakfast and the warm welcome – we felt completely comfortable. We will definitely be back! P.S. Booking the hot tub is definitely worth seeing.

My partner and I stayed at Sylvia and Lex B&B in Utrecht for a week to attend a conference and we both found it charming and very comfortable. Sylvia was a very personable host and we always had very good communications. We so appreciated all the extras like wine and local beer, fresh eggs, bread, and meats and cheese as well the coffee and teas. We both slept comfortably and had no problem following instructions for heating or various appliances. What makes this place so special is it's location right on the canal in the heart of Utrecht. Even with the cooler weather we enjoyed every day! All of the artworks and books in the flat also create a unique visual experience - I love the grasshopper drawing! Utrecht is a very special place and staying here, in the medieval center with the bells chiming and boats floating by on the canal are incredibly memorable and romantic. Thank you again, we highly recommend!

Our stay at this charming Amsterdam apartment was fantastic! From the moment Maarten welcomed us, we were delighted by the thoughtful touches, including a well-stocked fridge filled with fresh goodies like milk, orange juice, cheese and more. The space itself was beautifully designed, blending modern comfort with the charm of the city. It was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. It’s right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the main attractions. Whether we were exploring the canals, visiting museums, or enjoying the local cafés, everything was just a short stroll away. Despite being so central, the apartment felt peaceful and provided the perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam. We’ll be back!

The apartment right on the water is really a quiet oasis to relax. We had a very nice time and were delighted with the little touches for breakfast. Communication with Ina was very kind and straightforward. We would recommend the place for a relaxing, quiet vacation at any time.

We had a great time at Anton's place. The apartment is identical to the photos, the bed comfortable. There is a lot of kitchen equipment and utensils. Anton and his wife welcomed us warmly, they were very kind and attentive it shows that they like to host. The added bonus is the breakfast which was very good and hearty. I am super happy to have taken this apartment. Would highly recommend.

The stay was very pleasant. Breakfast was very tasty with a lot of choice. Requests (vegetarian) were handled very well. The place had a nice flair. You felt very comfortable. Enough towels and co in the bathroom were also provided. The place is highly recommended! Saskia was very friendly and explained everything extensively.

Had a fantastic 2 night stay at the accommodation. Comfy and convenient, waking up on the water was a lovely way to start each morning. Description matches the place with all the amenities you need for a city break. The hostess was friendly, good at communicating and accommodating when the flight plans changed the day of travel. Very much recommend staying here and I would love to stay again next time I’m in town.

We were just passing through and would have liked to have stayed longer. A really nice place with a short walk to the beach. A peaceful place to relax. Breakfast is so delicious but the best is the host himself. A warm person

it was a nice stay ,nice bedroom and clean ,delicious food ,dina and bennie are very good at presenting their great cooking skills e also very healthy different types of fruit and herbs ,our dogs were also very welcome

Monique was an excellent host! She was very kind, flexible, and her breakfast was great. The room is a bit far from center city (took us about 45 mins to get in via train or a 20 min drive). If you plan to be in city Id recommend spending the whole day there and accounting for that. But we loved this airbnb and appreciated the neighborhood being a bit quieter.

What a nice space! Everything is decorated with an eye for detail and taste. Nice beds, with wonderful bedding. 3 separate rooms (living room/kitchen, bathroom and a spacious bedroom) and a nice terrace for nice weather! I'd love to come back!
