Vacation rentals with breakfast in Wadden Sea

Very cozy place, located near the city centre. Kitty and Erik even brought breakfast before we checked in. 5/5 experience

This place was very different to anywhere we had stayed before. Jochem had gone out of his way to make this an experience which it was. He was a fantastic host and provided us with way too much food etc. even wine and chocolates. We felt bad as we weren’t there much as we had booked a trip to Geithorn and also the Kuenkenhof gardens so we never got to partake of a lot of his generous offerings. Jochem’s place was very clean. The bed was comfortable and it was very peaceful. Jochem was a great communicator as well.

Wir hatten wunderbare zwei Tage mit unseren Teenager Jungs, denen die Wohnung auch sofort gefallen hat. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass alles bereit war und es an nichts fehlte. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, insbesondere die nachhaltige Herstellung und Präsentation. einfach ein Juwel! Kommen gerne wieder.

Johan's place is a real gem! It is located in Volendam, which is a lovely location in itself, with harbour, lots of shops and restaurants, walks and easy access to the bus into Amsterdam and Zaanse Schans. We parked for free about 150m walk away, and used Johan's helpful video instructions to find the house easily. The house is like an Ikea showroom, excellent use of space and there was plenty of room for four of us. We slept very well as it is a peaceful area. Lots of hot water for showers, too. We would really recommend a stay here, as it exceeded our expectations both in terms of the house and the Volendam area. We visited the Upside Down House, A'dam Lookout and swing, Our Lord in the attic museum, Zaanse Schans and went on a boat cruise with Those Dam Boat Guys. Would recommend it all. One last tip...we bought a GVB regional public transport ticket which allowed us to travel all over the place by bus, ferry, train and Metro with no hassle. Thankyou, Johan and Jessie!

Nous avons passé des merveilleuses vacances chez Willems, je ne m’attendais pas à être dans sa maison mais tout est fait pour y être à l’aise. Un petit livret est posé afin qu’on sache quoi faire dans les environs. Ça aide beaucoup et il est super réactif lorsqu’on lui demande comment accéder à un endroit. Merci encore

We loved every moment of our stay in Edwin's beautiful home! We were arriving earlier than the check in time, and Edwin made sure he was there to personally greet us and let us check in early. He was so friendly and helpful, with lots of lovely recommendations. He also left us enough food in the fridge for a couple of great breakfasts, which was much appreciated after some time travelling, and even some wine and beer for us too! The home was just lovely, beautifully taken care of but with plenty of charm. There was so much room to make ourselves at home, with a big comfy bed, cute little dining area, and the beautiful roof terrace to enjoy. The kitchen had everything we needed, great if you don't want to eat out all the time! We learned that Edwin is an artist and there was lots of his beautiful work displayed in the home which was a really cool touch. We were honoured to be your first Australian guests and we will be back next time we visit - we loved every moment!

Mooi huisje met alles wat je nodig hebt als je in deze mooie omgeving wil verblijven. Gastvrouw is vriendelijk en altijd beschikbaar (indien nodig). Verder heb je rust en privacy. In de ochtend wordt je verrast met een geweldig uitgebreid ontbijt. Kan niet beter.

Mijntje was a great host with fantastic communication before and during the stay. We loved the interior style of the house, the little garden and the neighbourhood. It was super stylish, yet cozy. :-) Little tip: During the cold season make sure you have some slippers with you, as the flooring is partly made of concrete.

Very welcoming family, they really care about this place and guests. You can chat a bit, take recommendations, ask for assistance with stuff like parking options around or second sheets and it’s all with respect to guests privacy and headspace so even if you’re introverted like myself you can still experience Dutch friendly vibe without being overwhelmed. Walking distance from busy streets but in peaceful neighbourhood makes this place such a gem.

We had booked the place for two nights and had a wonderful experience. Cathie was very nice and helpful and the place was wonderful as well. The surroundings were peaceful and perfect for a weekend. The breakfast were quite good as well Mayank

Wir waren zu zweit für 2 Nächte dort. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Die zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder waren eine tolle Möglichkeit um eine gemütliche abendliche Runde zu fahren oder auch in nichtmal 20 Minuten etwas einkaufen zu können. Mit unserem Auto sind wir in knapp 1h nach Zandvoort ans Meer gefahren. Es war unglaublich entspannend und die Gegend ist sehr schön.

Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt in dem Gästehaus. Alles war sauber die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und höflich. Gerne wieder.

Our stay at this charming Amsterdam apartment was fantastic! From the moment Maarten welcomed us, we were delighted by the thoughtful touches, including a well-stocked fridge filled with fresh goodies like milk, orange juice, cheese and more. The space itself was beautifully designed, blending modern comfort with the charm of the city. It was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. It’s right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the main attractions. Whether we were exploring the canals, visiting museums, or enjoying the local cafés, everything was just a short stroll away. Despite being so central, the apartment felt peaceful and provided the perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam. We’ll be back!

Die Wohnung direkt am Wasser ist wirklich eine ruhige Oase zum Entspannen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und waren über die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten zum Frühstück begeistert. Die Kommunikation mit Ina war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir würden die Unterkunft für einen erholsamen, ruhigen Urlaub jederzeit empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Anton. L’appartement est identique au photos, le lit confortable. Il y a énormément d’équipement et d’ustensiles de cuisine. Anton et sa femme nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, ils étaient très gentils et attentionné cela se voit qu’ils aiment accueillir. Le petit plus est le petit déjeuner qui était très bon et copieux. Je suis super satisfait d’avoir pris cet appartement. Je vous le recommande vivement.

Doordat wij ivm werk pas laat aankwamen en ook weer vroeg vertrokken, hebben wij Roelie helaas niet kunnen ontmoeten. Desondanks voelden wij ons zeer welkom bij haar. Zij had speciaal voor ons het licht aan gedaan en de ruimte lekker warm gemaakt. Wij konden het in het pikkedonker heel makkelijk vinden door de duidelijke instructies en het licht. We hebben een heel fijne nacht gehad in Roelofs mooie, goed verzorgde, landelijke appartementje. Heel veel dank voor de hartelijke ontvangst, ook al hebben we elkaar niet in levende lijve gezien. Mochten we nog eens in de buurt zijn, dan komen wij zeker terug! En dan liefst iets meer tijd om van dit fijne plekje en de mooie omgeving te genieten.

Ondanks dat we in nov kwamen met niet het beste weer, hebben we ontzettend genoten! De locatie is heerlijk rustig, goed bed en heerlijke ontbijtjes. We hebben met de fiets in 1 dag een groot deel van Texel gezien. De restaurants in Den Burg zijn ook geweldig en helemaal niet duur.

Wir sind auf Empfehlung in der wunderschönen Unterkunft von Yerko und Ilona untergekommen und unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und konnten täglich ein wundervolles, individuell zusammengestelltes Frühstück genießen. Fussläufig waren Strand und De Koog Zentrum bestens erreichbar. Außerdem konnten wir, nicht weit von der Unterkunft entfernt, Fahrräder ausleihen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Þetta var frábært, við þjónusta, frábært rúm, mjög hreint og allt það góða. Staðsetningin var yndisleg sérstaklega út af því að það er mjög kyrrt I kring en samt er 5 mínútna labb í miðbæinn. Morgunmaturinn var æðislegur og ends var mjög mikið úrval. Þau hjónin voru rosalega kurteis og sýndu mjög mikla virðingu. Það besta var þegar þau gáfu okkur páskaegg í gjöf;). En baðherbergið var einnig rósa hreint og fallegt. Rúmin voru rosalega falleg og það fór mjög vel um okkur þar. Ég hef ekkert slæmt að segja um staðinn því hann er 100% þess virði og ég mæli rosalega með.

Kleines aber super gemütliches und zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Blick in die unverbaute Natur. Lage direkt hinterm Deich in einer ehemaligen Dorfkirche. Morgens erwartete uns ein leckeres Frühstück im Wohnzimmer der Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nuestra estadía fue excelente! Todas las mañanas nos levantamos con un delicioso desayuno, te dan un pan recién horneado, además de fruta y huevos. También te prestan bicicletas, lo que nos fue muy útil para recorrer y conocer a fondo la ciudad. Para relajarse, la terraza es lo mejor, con vista al canal y patos que se asoman a visitarte 😍. Realmente nos encantó y nos sentimos como en casa, ambos anfitriones son muy amables. Ojalá podamos volver pronto!

Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise da und würden gerne länger geblieben. Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft mit kurzen Weg zum Strand. Ein ruhiger Ort zum entspannen. Das Frühstück ist so lecker aber das beste ist der Gastgeber selbst.Ein herzlicher Mensch

het was een fijn verblijf ,mooie slaapkamer en schoon ,heerlijk gegeten ,dina en bennie zijn heel goed in het presenteren van hun geweldige kookkunsten e ook nog eens heel gezond verschillende soorten fruit en kruiden ,onze hondjes waren ook zeer welkom

Monique was an excellent host! She was very kind, flexible, and her breakfast was great. The room is a bit far from center city (took us about 45 mins to get in via train or a 20 min drive). If you plan to be in city Id recommend spending the whole day there and accounting for that. But we loved this airbnb and appreciated the neighborhood being a bit quieter.
