This condo is in a nice gated community! It's 10 mins from downtown and 11 from Magnolia. It has 2 bedrooms and a very large sleeper sectional. You can also enjoy the high speed internet and NFL RedZone package. This unit is also great for families. We have a toddler bed, pack and play and a high chair available upon request. This unit also includes both washer and dryer and a full kitchen. NO Cleaning instructions! You pay a cleaning fee for a reason! 😃 STR License Number: STR000516-06-2021

This upstairs 2nd floor condo interior is newly constructed, located high on a hill with amazing panoramic skyline views. Additional charge for an optional 42-50 person outdoor event area. Feel safe and secure with a gated entrance. Once through the gate there are 10 cows and a bull with free range on the acreage and may sometimes be on the driveway, be cautious and courteous when driving in. Lounging relaxing area, Gazebo sitting area and fishing ponds are for your pleasure.
