This Lil honey hole is one of the best places in the area of Dallas/ft.worth worth the money,you get to grill and enjoy the hot tub and the peace and quiet of lake life Rodney has a sweet spot on lake Whitney thank you both for allowing us to enjoy your spot

This was a lovely apartment with tons to do in the area. Miller had listed recommendations in the apartment as well which was very nice. The place was clean, exactly what we needed, and close to everything we wanted to do.

Andrea was very responsive to my needs. The place is great for someone who just needs a place to sleep - clean and quiet. The stay went well.

We just finished a two night at Hebrews and we adored the location! The host was always very communicative and it seemed so private, even being in downtown Waco. It was my second time staying in one of their condos, and it won’t be the last.

I really enjoyed my stay! Place was very spacious and very clean. The host was so proactive in making sure we got in and had everything we needed. Right around the corner from everything in Waco but in a quiet neighborhood; perfect combo! Would stay 100x over!

We enjoyed our stay and being so close to the Silos and other fun Waco things to do. It was nice being in the city and sightseeing

Great spot! Walking distance to the Backyard Bar Stage and Grill that has great concerts! Fun games like ping pong and more in garage and table and card games inside! Clean and cozy! Would definitely stay again.

Kent went out of his way to make my kids and I feel accommodated to his , he was honest about why it couldn’t be rented and even suggested a hotel that would be less money, I however did not find it bothersome as I appreciated his honesty, it was an easy fix for me and I would definitely stay again if I had to. I would go back and book this home again if I needed a place to stay again. The fact that it belongs to someone very genuine, understanding, and loyal places the rating of this home for me on a whole new level of comfort for my babies and I. Very family oriented and simple modern upgraded living.

The place was so super cute and will put together. They only thing that the we are having splotches on it. but everything else was perfect. I haven’t got down on the floor and did push-ups so I could see underneath the bed and there wasn’t even a speck of dust underneath there! We had several questions for Scott and he reached out immediately to get back to us! it’s a great location and we loved everything about it!
