There is also an adult size swing set, cornhole, and a waterfall. This house is a perfect get away. Great place for families with children. Toys, wii, and beach supplies are also provided.

The home was clean and had more than enough room for our family. Communication was quick and informative. We had a relaxing week in Melbourne. While we were there in April, the beach was very quiet. There were only a few other families on the beach.

We had a great stay at this beautifully decorated and very clean home. It had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking family meals, and the gas grill by the pool was a nice bonus. The beach is a short walk away, and the home included beach chairs, toys, and bikes. The private pool was a highlight and was cleaned twice during our visit. Communication with the owner and management was excellent—very responsive and helpful. The only issue was parking. The listing allows a max of 3 vehicles, which we thought applied to overnight guests, but it’s a strict limit at all times, including street parking. This caused problems when family visited, and neighbors called code enforcement. The owner was understanding, but it was still stressful. Aside from that, everything about the property was top-notch, and I would definitely recommend it to others. Just be mindful of the strict parking and visitor policy if you plan to have guests during your stay.

Barbara’s place is perfect! It’s more spacious than it appears in the pictures, and it has so much character. Plus everything you need for a comfortable stay. Barbara went above and beyond to accommodate me and was an amazing communicator. This will be my go-to place in Vero from now on!

I rented this home while in town for a wedding and am so glad I did. The house is exactly as pictured and hosts were very good at communication (clear check in/out instructions as well as things to know about the home and the area). Will definitely be renting again next time I am in the area!

This cute place was perfect for our needs: 2 people for 2 nights needing a place to sleep within walking distance from restaurants. We appreciated the modern appliances, comfy bed, beach towels, easy check-in, and Brian’s responsiveness. And the ceiling TV is a clever use of space! The unit is right next door to another one, and there’s no couch to relax on, but neither of those factors was a big deal to us. The location is great. Thank you, Brian!

We had such a wonderful time at Lindsey's place. Very clean, new and an absolutely amazing location. She was an incredibly responsive host. The views from the master bedroom and balcony are unbeatable. Pool was plenty big, heated and some pool toys available in the garage. We were lucky enough to see probably 10-15 sea turtles swimming near shore as they were nesting on the beach at night. The "walk" to the beach was simply going over the small wooden walkway/stairs down to the beach. As easy as it gets! (the tiny path before the wooden stairs could use a solid weed whacking but was fine). Also, we got to see two Space X launches from the beach! It was a great trip with my three kids (11,8,6) and I would highly recommend Lindsey's place.
