Guests can enjoy: 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a jacuzzi with a view, a sauna, a game room with billiards and PS5, a fitness area, a fiber optic work room, a children's corner, a fireplace and a year-round barbecue. The villa offers comfortable accommodation for 10 people. The perfect place for a family holiday, meeting friends or a workation – comfort, modernity and a unique atmosphere in one.

Serenity studio: with Sauna & Jacuzzi

Studio is ideal for 2 people with private entrance. It is tiny but very cosy. It has small terrace at the entrance, own gazebo with charcoal barbecue, seating and dinning outdoor area. It is in a complex of another 2 apartments. You can reserve the time for Sauna and jacuzzi and use it in privacy. The usual times to book are: 17:00-18:30 18:45-20:15 20:30-22:00 From 10pm to 6am there is a quiet time indoors and outdoors. Please respect it. We do not allow any laud parties or celebrations.

The passage terraced house is located in the northeastern part of Kostolné námestie 38 in the Municipal Monument Reserve.
