Parfait pour un séjour indépendant à Biel/Bienne, bien située entre lac et Jura, à 25 minutes de Berne, Neuchâtel et Soleure et 1h de Lausanne, Zurich et Bâle. Quartier tranquille à 10 min à pied de la gare et des rues commerçantes. Bus à deux pas et parking zone bleue devant la maison. Pour 3/4 personnes. Lit + canapé-lit + lit d'appoint sur demande.

On y accède par un jardin luxuriant et une vue imprenable sur le lac et l’île de Saint-Pierre. Conçu avec ingéniosité ( canapé-lit ) , le pavillon vous offre un grand confort dans un petit espace ( 12 mètres carré ). STUDIO, de 25m2 et mezzanine de 10 m2 sont situés sur le devant de notre maison. Il se compose d’une grande pièce avec bloc cuisine, table à manger, canapé-lit 2 places. Douche à l’italienne, WC. Une Mezzanine avec lit double. Ce studio est équipé : sèche-cheveux, fer/table à repasser, réfrigérateur, micro-onde, four, bouilloire, machine à café Nespresso, grille-pain et TV avec Swisscom-Box et WIFI. Place de parc. Possibilité de réduire les vélos dans un local fermé.
