Everything worked out great. The landlord was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything to us well. The house is fantastic and has everything you want. The area is great too, there's a lot to do. We communicated through the Airbnb app and it was always quick to respond. Highly recommended! We will be happy to come back! A lovely cottage for two, warm and cozy also in January when it is missing and raining. Windows and views all around, walking from the house, and quiet. And of course clean and everything you need.

Accommodation true to our expectations, maybe even more charming than in the photos. Ideal for disconnecting for a few days from our routine. In addition to the accommodation, the village is peaceful and quiet. I thank our host who was very responsive during our various exchanges. I would like to highlight the cleanliness of the premises, the few small touches of personal decoration (we enjoyed counting the number of owls), the harmony of the whole house, the Ferme des Loups (the restaurant a stone's throw away). Perfect house for our Christmas retreat. Although we didn’t get full snow, the area is very beautiful and quiet. The interior is just like the photos and really added to that cozy, warm vibe. The kitchen was better equipped than I’d expected; full size fridge with a freezer compartment, well stocked cutlery and accessories. It was a bit of a squeeze to get 8 of us for Christmas dinner around the dining table but thankfully it did extend to allow us to all sit when we added some extra chairs. Having a pool and sauna was a big plus. Gabi was really helpful to get us in and assist with working the stove on the first day. Perfect cozy retreat!

By far the best house we have vacationed in so far! Super great service, even the fridge was full. There was everything you needed. Lots of little touches, you felt right at home. We had directly considered staying a few more nights. Our dog loved the garden. Our highlight was the bathtub and oven. They often write irrelevant: We'll be back. The apartment is very easy to reach by car, is located on the outskirts of the small village of Moselsürsch and is extremely spacious, with a very functional layout and comfortable furnishings. We didn't miss anything and rarely slept so well in other people's beds. The stay with the dog was very relaxed, especially the walks in the surrounding countryside. A traditional baker delivers the rolls to the front door on request on weekdays in the morning, a rare stroke of luck. The fact that Björn runs a small distillery with a wide variety of liqueurs and fruit brandies tops it all off. For hikes and excursions, the location is ideal about halfway between Cochem and Koblenz. We reached the golf courses “Jakobsberg” (top) and “GC Cochem” in about 40 minutes. The Moselle is easily accessible on foot, Mühlental downstream. The way back is a bit more strenuous than usual for the Moselle. Conclusion: We would always visit the apartment again.

The accommodation is in a nice location, close to the circuit. The cottage is old, but that's what makes it fun. Nice and spacious and a nice terrace with a view. We will definitely be back here!

Great Home in the middle of Woods. Animal friedly and non-Smoking. All you need is there.

Andrea reached out to us ahead of the trip, was on the premises when we arrived and extremely helpful and friendly. The house itself and sauna are just amazing. Extremely clean, we felt as if the place had just been redecorated this week! The kitchen is very nice and well appointed - to the extent that we planned to cook an extra special meal just to make full use of it. Bathrooms, bedrooms, sauna, dining and sitting area, everything is just top notch! Definitely worth coming again.

We greatly loved our stay in this beautiful home. The house is perfectly described as idyllic; very cozy and authentic. The kitchen is excellently equipped for anyone who loves to cook. The beautiful new veranda in the large garden is an extra asset. The location is also perfect; beautiful walks start directly at the house. I would like to stay in this house again. A topper!

The place was great. I have nothing to complain about, except for a few practical things we were missing. It's a pity that there wasn't one big fridge where you could buy a weekend for 8 people. Next, there are two kitchens - we used the smaller one, because the big one is separate from the rest of the house. The large kitchen has all the crockery and cutlery, we had to carry it all to the front kitchen. The house is beautiful, it breathes history and it's quiet. The only thing that bothered us a lot was the stairs, which creaked with every move, and when someone went to bed early, there was no way to wake a person up. Next, the church rings for a long time in the morning and the heater didn't work. Vecer was cold in the house. Otherwise, the environment of the house is beautiful. It just needs more cleaning like you need to clean up cobwebs and x spiders when you pay for an expensive cleaning fee. Otherwise, I rate the place as great and we'd love to come again. Hosts are friendly and great!

We had a wonderful relaxing stay in the romantically beautiful half-timbered house. There was really nothing missing, including a cozy fireplace, you can spend a very relaxing time there as a couple. Just right to relax, surrounded by nature and close to the hiking trails in the Nordeifel. We will definitely be back!!

Very nice, cozy and very clean place. No signs of wear, but high-quality furnishings. The location is super nice in nature, very quiet. Pleasantly warm even in freezing temperatures at night. We felt super comfortable, Till also welcomed us very nicely. There is nothing to complain about, on the contrary, we would come back any time. That's the biggest compliment anyway :)

We spent an extended weekend there and we felt right at home. In addition to the tranquility, we were also spoiled by the sun. If you want to relax a little, this small place and the beautiful little apartment are the perfect place for you! We were able to get to know Annette and Frank as open and warm people. The short vacation was a pleasure for us :)
