There is also a large, pleasant social space with a fireplace, ideal for meetings and relaxation. Outside you will find a fireplace + outdoor kitchen with 2 grills, ideal for dining under the stars. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 room with a double bed, a living room with a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. In winter, there is the possibility to use the white trail right next to the house, the Sachova studánka ski area is about 5 minutes' walk. In the summer season, the possibility of swimming in the dam about 15 minutes' walk, bike trails, mushrooms.

Newly equipped apartments, we have a total of 4 apartments of the same type. When booking more apartments, the price is individual on request. Possibility to use the common room for an additional fee. Each apartment has its own lockable cellar for sports equipment (bicycles, skis). Not far from the accommodation is the Karolínka ski slope and an endless number of cycling routes in the beautiful surroundings of the Beskydy Mountains suitable not only for hiking. The house offers one separate bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor, on the first floor there is a room with one double bed, a living area with a sofa bed and a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. View from all rooms to the garden. Just behind the house there are two ski lifts, close to the Kohůtka resort, Lake Balaton and a cycle path.

The cabin has an equipped kitchenette with a microwave, oven, and stove. Of course, in the kitchen, you'll find full cabinets of dishes needed to cook or serve. In front of the cabin there is a fire pit and we also offer the possibility of renting a grill. We have a TV in the cabin. Pets are more than welcome.

It is a fully equipped bunkhouse with a large fenced garden of 1200m2, through which there is a stream that makes a pleasant noise at night. The depth of the stream is 5-10 cm. 3 cars can park in the driveway and there is parking for more behind the fence. The forest is 100m away, bike path 50m, ski lift 150m and famous swimming pool Na Stanoch (Balaton) about 2km.
