The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 room with a double bed, a living room with a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. In winter, there is the possibility to use the white trail right next to the house, the Sachova studánka ski area is about 5 minutes' walk. In the summer season, the possibility of swimming in the dam about 15 minutes' walk, bike trails, mushrooms.

It is a fully equipped bunkhouse with a large fenced garden of 1200m2, through which there is a stream that makes a pleasant noise at night. The depth of the stream is 5-10 cm. 3 cars can park in the driveway and there is parking for more behind the fence. The forest is 100m away, bike path 50m, ski lift 150m and famous swimming pool Na Stanoch (Balaton) about 2km.

Family house suitable for recreation of families with children, in a quiet place right next to the forest, at the foot of Chřib. The house is fully equipped, there is an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave or regular small appliances in the kitchen.
