In addition to the beautiful nature, this accommodation has another advantage - its own parking lot. So you don't have to worry about not having a place to park. The Thomas apartment offers a ground floor with an attic, where the ground floor has a kitchenette, a living area and a bathroom. There is a spacious bedroom in the attic. In the apartment, it is possible to unfold a leather sofa, which becomes a full-fledged extra bed (for up to 2 people). The price of the stay includes BREAKFAST and an outdoor Kneipp path (only in the summer months), a multi-purpose court (tennis, volleyball), a WEBER electric grill, and the possibility of using a petanque court or balls for children.

Parking is available directly on the property (up to 3 cars). The cottage has a functional Wi-Fi connection, TV with O2 TV and, for example, a fireplace. The cottage is in great condition and you will find 2 balconies, one terrace, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen.

The cottage is heated by new fireplace stoves, there is electricity and hot water. In front of the house, the patio is perfect for barbecue.

A cozy brick house, 15 minutes walk from the center of Zlín, is located in a unique and very quiet location of the First Republic houses, which were built by Tomáš and J.A. Baťa. The space is renovated, stylishly furnished and surrounded by a beautiful garden with a view of the surroundings. For relaxation, there is a terrace with a French window on the ground floor and a terrace on the 1st floor, where you can relax on an outdoor bed. The genus loci was taken care of by architects, designers.

Enjoy this unique and tranquil getaway for up to 3 persons and small kid under 2 yo. Situated in a residential zone. The appartment is part of our house where our family also live. Therefore, count with possible kids noise and is not adapted for romantic plans. The place is 5 minutes by foot from the UNESCO Archbishop's Flower Garden, and 15 minutes away from the Chateau and the city center. Parking is free on the streets about 50m away from the house.

Our cozy retro cottage is located in the beautiful Wallachian landscape, near Rožnov pod Radhostem, CHKO Beskydy. We offer guests pleasant accommodation, where the entire cottage is available to only one group. A stream flows behind the cottage, there are fruit trees in the garden that pleasantly cool you down on hot summer days. There are plenty of activities in the area, whether hiking, cycling, sightseeing, or attractions for children.
