The cottage offers privacy, but also the possibility of recreation thanks to the availability of civilization. The cottage also includes an outdoor hot tub and Finnish sauna, a children's playground and table tennis. Parking is possible right next to the cottage, there is a charging station for electric cars.

Up the mill stairs you get to the bedroom on the first floor, where there are a total of 4 beds. The cottage is a little newly repaired, has wifi, a fridge and everything you need. In the garden there are fruit trees, a barbecue and an outdoor seating area with a swing. The reception is located in Hotel U Kociána about 400m from the cottage.
