The 80 m² and over 100-year-old vacation home "Mooiplekje" is idyllically and very quietly located on the edge of a small settlement in the countryside. It has its own garden, is lovingly and high-quality furnished, at ground level and equipped with floor heating. It is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. 4 km from the center of Bad Bentheim and 4 km from the Dutch border, you can start directly on the sandstone route from here. Dear Holiday Guests, we are happy to welcome you to our cozy apartment in Hausdülmen. The apartment on the upper floor with balcony is fully equipped, a garage with electric charging stations for bicycles, car parking space and a basement room are available. A varied environment with streams, lakes invite you to take walks and bike rides. We care about nature and sustainability. Children up to 17 years are free. Please do not register them as additional guests.

Kick back and relax in our wellness guesthouse. Enjoy your private sauna and jacuzzi, to relax all day or after an active day of cycling, walking or shopping in the nearby towns of Deventer, Zutphen or Apeldoorn. Have a morning coffee with an unobstructed view of the fields, and maybe have the neighbour's cows greet you at the fence. At night, relax by the outside fireplace with a glass of wine. It has everything you need, just unpack your bags and enjoy!

The small cottage

Enjoy the rolling landscape, tranquility and space and the Twente sobriety in the village of the five hills. This unique accommodation is in the middle of the Borkeld nature reserve, where you can follow beautiful hiking and biking routes. Several MTB mountain bike routes are close by. In this guest house, you have your own cooking facilities, spacious sanitary facilities and a lovely double bed. Optional: breakfast is available on request.

The lake lodge is located directly on the lake and perfectly combines the features of a cozy Scandinavian-style house with the amenities of a modern equipped accommodation with exclusive and luxurious highlights. The sauna, hot tub and fireplace offer relaxation. One of our highlights is the loft net, which allows a view over the lake. The vacation home has 2 bedrooms with box spring beds. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed.

Our newly renovated and stylishly furnished apartment is both very central and idyllic. After exploring the Ruhr area, visiting the Movie Park or "Auf Schalke," the loggia invites you to end the evening in peace. Within a few minutes' walk (~500 m) you can reach not only the Wittringer Forest and Martkplatz but also various restaurants and the shopping arcade. From Gladbeck you have a direct connection to the A2/A31/A52 highways.

The house, built in 1971, has just been completely renovated and newly furnished. Every guest – big or small – will quickly feel at home. The spacious living and dining room area overlooks a large, secluded garden. Everything is light and friendly. On the large terrace you can have a leisurely breakfast, barbecue or simply sunbathe. All rooms are tastefully furnished and offer a pleasant level of comfort.

Our newly built apartments were completed in 2024 and offer modern comfort on about 45 m². Each apartment has a cozy bedroom, an inviting living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen, a stylish bathroom and lovingly designed furnishings. Located directly above the "BumbleBee" daycare center, they offer a quiet atmosphere in a central location – the city center is only a 10-minute walk away.

Fewo Schmugglerpatt Workshop

This special guest house has its own style between an old workshop and industrial style. During the renovation, only organic paints from the company Miss Pompadur were used. The floors are also organic floors from the company ter- Hürne. Finest real parquet and in the bathroom the new high-wood Boi wooden floor. Live with a direct view of our horse climbing hills and a view of nature.
