All units are decorated to tell a unique story of inspiration and peace you can find while overlooking the magnificent landscape of this area. Autumn, winter and early spring are perfect times of the year for a reset getaway. Senj is known for the most sunny days a year in Croatia, emblematic blue skies beneath Velebit mountain, and bura wind - ideal for hiking, excursions, gourmet routes and much more!

Ovaj novo sagrađeni moderni smještaj na mirnoj je lokaciji i prekrasnim panoramskim pogledom na staru jezgru grada i more sa njegove terase. Odlično je opremljen i veoma velik za 2 osobe. Apartman se nalazi 1 katu i ima 77m2. Apartman je novi. Samo par minuta do stare jezgre grada i plaže. Apartman Krtica 2 romantična je oaza s pogledom na more. Ima jednu dvokrevetnu sobu, modernu kuhinju, dnevni boravak sa prostranim kaučem, veliku kupaonicu i toalet. Izvrsno opremljen za odmor.

White Apartment

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

When Franka and Grga Kalebić retire, they decide to try their hand at the tourism industry. They have been actively involved in it since 1989. From the very beginning, it was clear that this would be a family business that would be transferred to their daughters, but later also to their grandchildren. Since the owners are very fond of tradition and family in such an environment, we host our guests. Our apartment is perfect for a family trip or a romantic getaway.

We are very happy to offer you this apartment. It is renovated during winter and spring 2020th. In total it has 70m2 area: 35m2 the interior of the apartment + 35m2 private garden. This apartment (A2+2, approx 35m2 + 35 m2 terrace) has 1 double bedroom (bed 160*200), bath, kitchen (fully equipped) and living room with extra bed (couch) for 2 more persons. Cozy self-standing house

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

Home is situated in stone house near the Vrbnik old Town. The house is newly renovated in modern stile. Large terase with the beautiful sea view will win you immediately. Home has a separate entrance. If you need more space ( for friends or children) you can also book an APP "Charming home near beach with see view" on the samo floor and it is connected to the terrace.

Apartman Nona se nalazi na mirnom mjestu u centru Crikvenice, prvi red do mora, preko puta plaže i dječjeg igrališta, pa će vam svi sadržaji biti nadohvat ruke. Stan je opremljen brzim WiFi internetom, radnim stolom i stolicom, tako da je odličan i za rad na daljinu. U prizemlju zgrade nalazi se umjetnička galerija a istoj ulici mnogi restorani, kafići i dućani.

Well equipped, clean & modern apartment, located just 300m from the beach in quiet neighborhood, with big terrace and all the commodities you need. It is the oasis if you like to relax and enjoy spectacular view of the sea and nearby islands and Mediterranean garden. Our house is pet friendly but we charge additional fee for pets.
