The cottage is located in a secluded area in the bay of Doca on the island of Murter, in complete isolation. The house cannot be reached by car but on foot (10 min walk from the parking lot in the Kosirina camp). Vacation means solitude, the smell of nature, a beautiful view, no crowds, noise or traffic. Wake up in the morning to the sound of the sea and the chirping of birds.

The property is located right on the coast in the beautiful turquoise and dynamic bay of Kosirina. It provides privacy, surrounded by greenery and flowers in the shade of a centuries-old olive tree. This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

Our family villa is located on a hill with nature above city of Kaštela at heigh of 200m above sea level. House is compound between luxury and traditional Dalmatian style. The entire property is for one group of guests and during your stay nothing is shared with anyone. Distance from the center of Split & Trogir is 20min. , Airport SPLIT (SPU) and yacht marine 10min. , beach and sea 7min. The whole property is available exclusively to our guests and they have complete privacy.

Come on and relax in our peaceful house with your familly and friends. Everything you need is right there. The house is also ecofriendly with solar panels for electricity and rain water for washing purposes. We also offer to our guests very nice trips to the NP Kornati in a private boat with a skipper so you can enjoy every little thing that our town has to offer. The road to the house is little rough if you don't mind that. Hope you like my little house and enjoy your stay.
