Very nice hosting by Frédéric. We stayed there on a long weekend with our baby, the studio space was quite sufficient. The common courtyard is lovely. Perfect location, with views of the port, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity (without the associated noise pollution). Frédéric was very available for any questions. I recommend it.

A great little piece of heaven in the quiet countryside! We were able to rest and enjoy the Puy du Fou, which is beautiful and 30 minutes from the rental We'll be happy to go back!

The proximity of Puy du Fou is a real plus. Josette and Daniel are very responsive, pleasant, available and very welcoming hosts... I would love to see them again. We had a great time at La Flotte. Beatrice is really very friendly with lots of good tips even though we knew the island very well. The pool is a real plus and the garden is very zen. We'll be happy to go back.

We had a great time at this lovely house. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated, has a lovely garden, and is very quiet and private. The welcome was very nice and an added bonus was generously allowing our children to play with some beach toys stored at the house. The house is five minutes from an excellent bakery, pizza place and bar / cafe and ten minutes walk from a lovely beach.

The listing description was as we expected, all the amenities were present and functional. the most: step-free house and fully fenced.. easy for children and the elderly and the dog:) Nearby: bakery, market, children's play area and at the edge of a small arm of the sea! Perfect stay and very conveniently located 25 min from Puy du Fou. Aurélien is very welcoming. The house is impeccable and well-equipped. The pool is lovely, the kids loved it We enjoyed the vegetable garden with its vegetables and raspberries. Aurélien also has a chicken coop where we were able to get good fresh eggs Go ahead! It was a great time at Nicolas's! The residence is very nice, quiet, charming, well located to access the village of La Flotte on foot easily, close to the waterfront. We had a hot weather and the apartment, with the shutters closed, remains cool. The pool is a great plus. The exchanges with Nicolas were very cordial. He is responsive, accommodating, and gives valuable local and practical information. The studio is well arranged, with nice decoration, good bedding, all the necessary dishes and the flowery terrace is ideal for outdoor breakfasts. ☀️ The table set on our arrival gives a touch of hospitality that we enjoyed. We'll be happy to go back!
