We stayed for one night in Katerina’s place and it was ideal for this, as well for a longer stay. Excellent mattress, bed and bathroom linen, large living room with plenty of natural light, sea view balconies, and fully air conditioned. Ideally situated as there is public parking available and you can then walk around Chora. Katerina was also friendly and responsive, making things easy. The self checkin is also helpful. Only note the small number of staircase steps you have to walk to get to the apartment; not an issue for me, but might be for some others. If you don’t have a mobility difficulty, this shouldn’t scare you though. Highly recommended

This is a beautifully renovated home with a fantastic view. The home is super comfortable and cool in the summer. Stenies is one of the prettiest towns in Andros and is less than 10 minutes from both Chora and the beach. The communication from Spiros and his team was also exceptionally good, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend staying in this lovely home.

Brian's property is amazing and looks exactly like in the pictures, perfectly decorated, it is evident that they have thought of all the little details. The house was incredibly clean, Brian's service and communication with him exceeded all expectations, highly recommend!

First, before I arrived, they offered to drive me from Tinos (the town) where they live, to Panormos, about 30 mins drive, to show me the place. I thought this was very kind. I was to rent a car , so we met in Panormos with George, who apart from showing me all the details of the house, he was so informative on details about the area, beaches and restaurants. The area is so peaceful and very friendly. I soon got to know people. If you are looking for a peaceful place to relax and charge your batteries, this is it! I really enjoyed it and will definitely be back. Thank you Melissa and George for everything, including a well maintained and clean place!

Words cannot describe the beauty of Fos, the warmth of our hosts, or the peacefulness of the Aegean Sea vista from the home. I am glad I didn’t let the few reviews or our nervousness of driving in Greece keep us from saying yes to this wonderful place. The home is amazing — well-built, comfortable and clean with little details that you will appreciate. Sitting on the chairs in the front we could look for hours at the sea. Katerina helped me navigate all of our planning and she and Theodore were kind and warm throughout our visit. The drive from Gravio requires a car and (if you come from a place of straight, flat roads) a sense of adventure but the vistas are amazing and worth it. After seeing that Touchstone House was mentioned as: Best village stay, by Conde Nast Traveler, we were delighted to find it on Airbnb. We loved it. We loved the design, the gardens, the pool and many patios and the eclectic mix of high-end amenities and Mediterranean simplicity. It’s a great house to relax, hang out, chill and be comfortable in, with many outdoor areas. It is close to Chora and the beach, with amazing walks and still private and secluded. We enjoyed going through the village and up the pretty path. Everyone was hospitable…kind and polite. We got fresh farm eggs from the neighbor. Perfect place for those who want to escape from the hustle and bustle, people and problems of the big city. Incredible sunrises, cicadas singing, roosters rolling, starry skies and gentle sea. Not crowded beaches even at the height of the summer season. Very comfortable stay. Thoughtful to the smallest detail for your coziness. Designed in gentle blue Greek tones, a comfortable bed, windows with blinds and mosquito nets, a full set of dishes, a kettle, a coffee maker, a drying rack with clothespins, an iron, an ironing board. There is salt and sugar, olive oil, coffee. Two large water bottles were waiting for me in the fridge. It was very relevant. Thank you! There are plenty of towels in the bathroom, shampoo, gel, soap. My special delight is the window in the bathroom overlooking the sea! That's so great! Incredible view from the balcony, hopefully I will dream for a long time in my beautiful dreams of Greece.
