Господин Dimitriou очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый хозяин с прекрасным вкусом. Сама квартира удобна, все функционально, с современными технологиями, особо понравился декор квартиры( возможно ручными изделиями), кухня оснащена всей необходимой бытовой техникой. И вообще все продумано до мелочей. Я осталась довольна своим выбором. Хотелось бы особо отметить предупредительность и гостеприимство хозяина. Еще по пути к дому , уже были получены четкие инструкции и весьма полезные советы касательно достопримечательностей и еды. С удовольствием вернулась бы еще раз Спасибо хозяевам - господину Трифоносу

Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

Great host excellent communication very clean apartment. Just next door to lovely coffee shop and close to great restaurants.

This is a unique place with a lot of history. The kitchen cute and spacious. The porch is the best part of the house. We saw sunrise and sunset. Beautiful. I love the view from the bedroom. The hospitality made our stay easy and fun. Panos helped us get drivers and gave us directions and restaurant reviews.

Nikos and Georgia were so nice and they stayed up late waiting for us to get in. Which I was most grateful for as the location wasnt as easy to find. I lived that they were proactive and shared that others have had trouble in the past and gave me the step by step instructions on how to locate their beautiful home. Although it felt pretty remote, navigating to the city center was pretty easy. I loved the welcome basket and the complete tour of the home. I truly appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was, especially having been in the city center the whole day. It was literally a breath of fresh air. I would LOVE to stay there again if they would have us.

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Smaragdas Appartement. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön. Die Lage gut für Ausflüge nach Athen und Umgebung. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen. Der Strand mit einer tollen Bar und Club liegt 10 min zu Fuß. Smaragda war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Had such a great stay at the villa. It’s 3 apartments in one villa which was perfect for us. Lots of space so noone on top of each other. The main kitchen was big enough to cook for all of us so we didnt use the others. The pool is stunning with beautiful surroundings and both shade and sun areas. There are also outdoor showers. All amenities including washing machine but there is no bbq so do not buy bbq coals on your way here as you won’t be able to use them! The cats were cute and there was also a tortoise around that we made friends with. I would 100% stay here again it was such a good vibe to the place and not cluttered just everything you need but nice and tidy and very clean. The hot water was a bit miss in the main apartment as solar powered so it was hotter in the afternoon than the morning but this was no problem for us. A gorgeous beach is a few mins drive (yes the hill really is too steep to walk) the BEST bakery and there are many good restaurants a short drive away

A lovely and very spacious up-scale apartment. Very modern and fully smart- automated. Giacomo was always responsive and helpful, which I very much appreciated. Excellent location, short walk to the shops and restaurants in Glyfada, but also tucked away from the busy streets. Short walk to the beaches, and I loved the walking path near the shores. This apartment is a cut above the rest and deserves its high price.

Dit huis is werkelijk fantastisch en biedt een grote variëteit aan terrassen, een ruim zwembad, drie volledig uitgeruste badkamers, en een apart toilet. Er zijn twee royale woonkamers en drie keukens, waarvan één buitenkeuken met een authentieke pizzaoven. Konstantinos zorgt voor een hartelijk welkom, met een goedgevulde koelkast: boter, kaas, ham, eieren, een fles wijn, en vers fruit. Daarnaast zijn er verschillende koffiezetapparaten beschikbaar (Dolce Gusto en filterkoffie), inclusief cups en koffie. Zelfs aan details zoals make-up watjes en doucheproducten is gedacht. We hebben volop genoten van ons verblijf!

Very happy with our stay. Location was great. Very peaceful yet close to everything, very convenient. Parking was always easy. Check in instructions very clear and straight forward. Would love to go again

Aanrader! Prachtig verblijf. Alles is om de hoek, lekkere restaurants, de zee. Uitzicht is adembenemend. Ik zou betere foto’s op de site zetten. Want de werkelijkheid is zoveel mooier. De bus stopt bijna voor de deur. Heerlijke bakkerij, supermarkt beneden. Alles voor een relaxte vakantie. Tv met allemaal extra’s. Ligbedden voor buiten. Echt heel fijn allemaal! Je bent ook zo in Athene! Ik mis het nu al!

Our stay was simply excellent. The place was perfect, even better than the photos, and the location near the beach was truly special. Every day we would just walk for a couple of minutes to the beach which was so beautiful and really fun to have nearby. Giannis was a very generous host, super communicative and genuinely very kind and helpful. We would love to come back to this place again and have noted it as one of our favourite places to have a holiday.

Wonderful place with everything to make you feel at home… Stocked with cleaning supplies and fresh linens, updated kitchen appliances… loved the homey feel and beautiful artwork…patio was lovely and has beautiful friendly cat visitors… loved that it is closed to the beach and in a friendly neighborhood. Wow what a lovely stay in Vougliameni! Stylianos's apartment was perfect location for what we needed, clean and spacious. Our 17 month old was accommodated for well with cot and high chair provided. Great washing facilities with plenty of towels. Stylianos was quick to respond to messages and gave us recommendations on how to get into centre of Athens. Massive balcony which we thoroughly enjoyed our evenings on. Only thing is we wished there was a toaster and kettle but didn't spoil our stay at all! Thanks so much for having us x
