Vacation rentals with beach access in Voula

Wonderful and peaceful neighborhood, within walking distance from the beach, private and safe. The studio is charming, too, and communication was fluid throughout the process.

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf! Het appartement is modern, smaakvol ingericht en tot in de puntjes verzorgd – echt niets op aan te merken. Ideaal voor twee personen en bovendien perfect gelegen om de omgeving te verkennen. Een echte aanrader, we komen graag nog eens terug!

Ev resimlerde göründüğü gibiydi, Temiz ve her ihtiyacinizi karşılayacak esyalar mevcuttu. Atina merkezine tranvay ve metro ile kolaylıkla gidebilirsiniz. Tranvay durağına yakın bir konumda. Ev sahibi ile iletişim çok kolay ve hızlıydı. Samimi ve yardım sever bir ev sahibi. Atinada konaklamayi düşünüyorsanız ailenizle bu evi gönül rahatlığıyla tutabilirsiniz. Polina was a super host, very communicative and helpful. The place is exactly as described, in fact the pool was a little bigger than we expected. You need a car to get around but that's fine. Would recommend!

This apartment is a fantastic find. It’s beautifully decorated with a modern yet cozy aesthetic, and everything was impeccably clean upon arrival. The location is truly unbeatable. The host was wonderful — very responsive, friendly, and especially accommodating with personal requests, which made the stay even more enjoyable. It’s clear that they care about the guest experience and go the extra mile to ensure comfort and convenience. A couple of things to note: there is a construction site on the adjacent lot, and drilling usually starts around 8 a.m., which is disruptive. Additionally, the air conditioning unit in the bedroom is positioned directly above the bed. Even when adjusting the fan, it it was hard to avoid the direct airflow, which made it quite cold during the night.

So glad we opted to stay near the sea and away from Athens crowded and hectic city center.. We felt safe in that the apartment entrance was securely gated. We enjoyed peaceful strolls along the seaside and easy to find restaurants and market.. Although close to public transport, we opted for less stressful and efficient Freenow taxi rides to city and airport..

Atutem miejsca jest niewątpliwie lokalizacja, znakomite połączenie tramwajowe z Pireusem i Atenami, plaże po drugiej stronie drogi. Natomiast sam lokal owszem przestronny, wygodny, zgodny z opisem jednak wymagający już odświeżenia.

This was my 3rd stay in Athens, and as usual the city has its great vibes and atmosphere, the scent of the oranges trees everywhere in the street is great and makes your memories 4D ;)). Dimitris apartment has everything you might need and if you need anything Dimitris is a very kind and helpful person who is ready to help or to provide you with what you need. The place is secure & quiet. Very suitable for couple or even small family in addition, the pets are allowed taking advantage of the outside area which has orange and lemon trees. Thanks Athens, Thanks Dimitris.

We had a really great stay! The host was super friendly and made our stay worthwhile. She even offered us a shuttle to the port. Other than that the Airbnb was clean and as described. The port is about 20 min walking distance with shops and restaurants. we only stayed for one night but will definitely come back!

To był niesamowity pobyt. Timos jest jednym z najlepszych gospodarzy u jakich miałem szansę nocować. Wszystko było perfekcyjnie. Wzorowy kontakt, mieszkanie było idealnie czyste, masa pięknych i funkcjonalnych dodatków ( jak np kapcie hotelowe, czy kosmetyki pod prysznic). Kilka minut spaceru do promenady, plaży i lokalnych (pysznych) restauracji. Zostaliśmy przywitani jak rodzina a nie jak klienci i tak czuliśmy się przez cały pobyt :) Bardzo polecam!

Das Apartment ist sehr schön, geräumig und absolut sauber – wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist modern und geschmackvoll, und auch die Lage war für unseren Aufenthalt ideal. Allerdings sollte in der Beschreibung deutlicher gemacht werden, dass die Schlafzimmer unterschiedlich groß sind. Eines der Schlafzimmer ist deutlich kleiner und hat keinen direkten Zugang zu einem eigenen Bad, was bei einer Belegung mit zwei Paaren zu einer eher unfairen Aufteilung führt.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Chris. Le logement est bien situé et bien aménagé. La terrasse et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus. Chris a été disponible et réactif a nos demandes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Όμορφο και ευρύχωρο σπίτι σε ήσυχη γειτονιά. Πραγματικά το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και η οικοδέσποινα πολύ ευγενική, μας επέτρεψε να φύγουμε ότι ώρα θέλαμε την επόμενη μέρα και το εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα.

We had an amazing stay enjoying the beautiful roof terrace, local market, restaurants and harbour beach. Panayotis and his family was very kind and helpful, we would love to come back.

Maria and Manolis place was wonderful. It is in an excellent location, 12 minutes from the airport. It is private , secluded and the actual property is an ecosystem dream , with many animals, plants and things to explore. Although we didn’t have time to do so ,I will upon my return. The apartment is filled with many convenience items and Manolis was very helpful with full explanations of everything on the property. They are both very friendly and excellent hosts! You must be appreciative and accepting of the nature that is on their property, including the wonderful chickens and roosters.😊

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Thanos Haus und dem tollen Garten verbracht! Der Ausblick ist grandios. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen

The place was clean and Panos was very responsive with clear instructions on how to access the place. It was perfect for our one night stay in Athens, and its even better in person than the photos. Air-conditioning and an elevator were a plus as well. You are in the middle of a city so bring earplugs and an eye mask if you like it dark at night (blackout curtains only go halfway on the windows), but overall this is a great Airbnb for Athens.

Excelente apartamento situado numa rua calma, em Voula, a uma curta caminhada da praia, de um fantástico supermercado e de ótimos locais para comer. O apartamento encontrava-se extremamente limpo e correspondeu na totalidade àquilo que eu pretendia. A Joy é uma anfitriã impecável, sempre disponível para responder a questões que possam surgir. Senti-me muito bem na sua casa. É muito fácil deslocar-se na zona. Numa das noites, cheguei mesmo a ir jantar ao centro de Atenas utilizando os transportes públicos. Recomendo a 100%.

We had a lovely stay at Afroditi's place. Communication was great and Afroditi very kindly let us check in early. The apartment is a short walk to the main square with shops and restaurants and very easy to get to the lake and several beaches from. It's situated on a quiet residential street just behind the main drag so it felt quiet and peaceful. thank l

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten mit liebevoll- nostalgischer Dekoration. Sie befindet im Erdgeschoss eines Hauses mit Hanglage, so dass die Terrasse nach Südwesten wie ein großer Balkon wirkt. Von dort schaut man Grüne und ein bisschen auf Tennisplätze. Dank einer elektrischen Markise kann man sie gut mit Schatten versorgen. Obwohl die Temperaturen tagsüber 32 Grad erreichten und nachts bis 22 Grad, konnte man die Wohnung dank der Klimaanlagen im Wohnbereich und im Schlafzimmer gut herunter kühlen. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, das Schlafzimmer ist sehr ruhig, weder vom Haus nich von der Straße haben wir Lärm vernommen, obwohl es Wochenende war. Shampoo, Seife und Spülmittel, sowie Kaffee, Salz, Pfeffer, Seife etc. waren vorhanden. Ein Kiosk mit allem Möglichen ist direkt um die Ecke. Zum Strand Kavouri und dem Strandrestaurant sind es nur 5 Minuten, zu den anderen ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Bus 117 hält ganz in der Nähe. Wir würden bei auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
