Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. It is a unique wood-clad architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and state-of-the-art interior design, which leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel right at home.

Breakfast on the terrace can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, oven, toaster, kettle. For barbecue evenings there is a weaver grill. The living room offers a fireplace, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and Bluetooth system. Two bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box spring beds, offer plenty of space to store. The bathroom has a bathtub and floor-level shower.

From the two terraces you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the 3000 m ², partly natural plot (Ginster) and the countryside. The Bodden can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Very close to the house, the bike path runs in the direction of Zingst (about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach), Prerow or Barth.
