A beautiful apartment, lovingly decorated and equipped with everything you need. The view is great and a few steps away is a cute harbor bistro with delicious food at reasonable prices, cocktails and soft drinks and nice service. The hosts' tips for destinations in the area were helpful. So: 100% recommendation

Everything was as described, the apartment was sparkling clean and the coffee machine even filled with beans. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable and the beach itself is simply beautiful.

The location of the farm is really beautiful and everything is super nicely prepared. The apartment itself is very well equipped and sparkling clean. Even though it was still a bit cool, we took it easy to make extensive use of the terrace and garden. I'm sure we'll be back!

Accommodation is nice and cozy, everything available and clean. Quietly located and only a few minutes' walk from the water, but you can hear the steps in the apartment above relatively loudly. Cathrin is very friendly and helpful.

It was a mega nice stay, especially with toddlers. The waterfront property, the indoor pool, the terrace on the first floor. We will definitely come back! Thank you for a great stay.

Great accommodation in the middle of Old Sassnitz and with wonderful sea views. From here you can get to the beach promenade and the harbor super fast. It is also a great starting point for hikes on the Baltic Sea shore or in the old beech forest towards chalk cliffs and Königsstuhl. The apartment itself (quiet, large, warm) as well as its equipment (kitchen, TV, radio, great shower) is also great. Everything you need for a vacation together. Highly recommended!

My little daughter and I stayed 4 nights in one of the small apartments with Katrin and Wolfgang. The apartment was completely renovated shortly before our arrival, meaning new floor, new kitchen, completely new bathroom. We felt very comfortable. The house is located right on the Bodden, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot and where you can enjoy the wonderful tranquility. Swimming would also be possible in the summer. From Fuhlendorf you can cycle to Zingst, in Fuhlendorf there is also a bike shop. The small village store is open from 7 AM and has everything for everyday needs. The contact with Katrin and Wolfgang was very very nice. I'm sure we'll be back. Best regards from Leipzig.

A very nice, homely clean house with a well-kept and playable garden for children. There were five of us in Ulrike's house for a week and enjoyed both the walks to the sea, the use of sauna and swimming pool, as well as the remaining time in their beautiful and very new house. The beds are very cozy.. Gladly again and again. m

The place was great. We were 9 people (3 children here) and had plenty of space and a beautiful well-kept garden. Everything was very clean and there were even a lot of toys for the kids. Michael was very helpful and responded immediately to any questions. We would take the house again immediately!

Great house in a pretty village on the Bodden. The view from the terrace is fantastic and we loved the area. The house is very well equipped and cozy. All around a successful vacation.

Without much preparation, we were lucky to be able to discover this wonderful place on an extended weekend. The beautiful nature between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden, the architecture of the thatched-roof houses and the artists' colony impressed us. We felt very comfortable in the lovingly designed little thatched cottage. Since we also rent out on Airbnb ourselves, we also appreciate the efforts to achieve sustainability, which are by no means self-evident. Thank you for the hospitality.

We spent a few very nice days in this wonderful vacation home. For families with small children, everything is really available. Overall, the house is very well equipped and lovingly designed. We can warmly recommend it.

We really enjoyed staying at Ricky's place. The house was perfectly equipped for 2 to 3 people. The kitchen was perfectly equipped even if you forgot something, filter bags,coffee, sugar or salt, everything was available. From the living room and bedroom window, you have a beautiful view of the Bodden. The bathroom was big enough and very clean. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back.

Idyllic living in the magical monastery house! So beautiful and 'cozy'. And that in the beautiful Liebe Greta, despite our delay you welcomed us warmly. You showed us the features of the cottage. We had a wonderful extended weekend at Dominik's place. This is very high quality, at the same time cozy, the wonderful sauna is of course a highlight and for us the free entry to the ahoi thermal baths was also a big hit. The proximity to Binz, various activities such as the treetop trail and Karls Erdbeerhof, the playground and the nice restaurants right next door completed our perfect relaxing weekend. Dominik was always easily accessible and very eager to help with any questions. We'll be back soon, thank you so much!

There were three of us, apartment was wonderful in size. Amenities completely fine! Everything you need. Very quiet with private parking. Everything in Peenemünde is within walking distance from here. Communication great!

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. The fact that there is a swimming pool, sauna and gym in the house is very pleasant. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. Very positive is the proximity to the beach, within walking distance in three, four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin is also a 5-minute walk away and we used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

Beautiful house with great location right by the sea and good pizzeria nearby. We felt very comfortable.

Regina and Dieter are lovable people and immediately showed us the locations and pointed out the possibilities that one can undertake. The apartment is quiet and close to the lakes. The country road is not intrusive for our conditions in terms of noise. The apartment is nicely divided and is very clean. By bike or on foot you can get to the forest very quickly and have many destinations to explore within reach if you don't mind exercise. My wife and I had a really relaxing time, thanks for that.

As a group of friends, we spent an extended weekend in Kirsten's accommodation and felt very comfortable right from the beginning. As a welcome, there was a bottle of sparkling wine and a filled fruit basket. The location of the accommodation, with views and access to the lake, is beautiful. The amenities were good and as described. We have often used the existing boats for fishing and exploring the lakes. Kirsten is a very communicative host and answered all our questions super quickly and helped us. All in all, we can recommend the property in good conscience.

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastically beautiful apartment! Everything was super clean and decorated with a lot of love – you immediately feel comfortable. The location is quiet and relaxed, yet restaurants, cafes and shopping are within easy walking distance. Particularly nice: the sound of the sea, which can be heard from the window or the terrace – simply wonderful! This place is also ideal for animal lovers, our dog was just as welcome as we were. We felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend the apartment. We will be happy to come back!

We can only agree with the previous reviews, a bright, cozily furnished apartment overlooking the marina and very friendly and quick communication with Andreas. We can also highly recommend this apartment for a longer stay. The kitchen integrated in the living room is well equipped, the beds are very comfortable and there is a large bathroom.
