The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.

The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. A house to feel good and relax. It is located in a rural area and has a large, natural property. The nearest beach and water sports spots on the Saaler Bodden are 5 minutes away by car. Fischland-Darß-Zingst with its beautiful Baltic beaches can be reached in 25 minutes. Places like Ahrenshoop and the port cities of Stralsund and Rostock offer you great sights, museums and shops.

Our individual cabins with 28 sqm are within walking distance of Lake Tollensee and offer a magnificent view over the Nonnenhof nature reserve.
