Private Estate “De Kleikamp” with swimmingpool

This is a beautiful vacation home with outdoor swimming pool on the private estate "De Kleikamp". The remodeled farm has a thatched roof and is located in the gorgeous country side close to the river the Issel, near the small town of Olst, 20 minutes from the city of Deventer. The lovely house consists of 4 bedrooms and a sleeping loft. One of the bedrooms is downstairs, making it ideal for people that have difficulty walking upstairs. There are 4 bathrooms, a living room with dining area and a kitchen. There is a barn with a carport for 2 cars, and plenty of parking in the circular driveway. The heated swimming pool has the unique feature of a cover that can be open or closed, so it can be used in any kind of weather. There is a pool house with shower, toilet, outdoor hot shower and changing room. The estate consists of 20 acres of beauty and includes a very large yard, a meadow with a pond and part of a forest with hiking trails. The home can accommodate 10 people and is perfect for entertaining and for families and friends with children. Last summer our parents moved out of this beautiful remodeled farm house. We, the five daughters, love this house and want to keep it in the family. We decided to make it available as a vacation rental so we can enjoy it and share the peace and quite of this unique place with others. We hope you will feel at home and love the house as much as we do!

Eigen huisje op erf boerderij

Fijne plek om er te voet of te fiets op uit te trekken in het mooie Sallandse landschap. Het huisje ligt op het erf van onze boerderij en was oorspronkelijk een varkensschuur. Op de boerderij zijn verschillende dieren aanwezig (pony's, honden, katten, kippen en een konijn). De gezellige stad Deventer ligt op 10 km hier vandaag en Zwolle op 30 km. Voor een vaste gast zijn om de week de dagen geblokkeerd. In overleg kunnen deze dagen vaak wel gereserveerd worden dus geef dat aan bij je aanvraag.

Heerlijk huis met tuin in hartje Deventer

Hartje Deventer en toch rust en ruimte! Deze heerlijke woning met tuin is gelegen in een rustige buurt in het centrum, op 5 min. lopen van Brink en IJssel en 10 min. van het station. Je parkeert gratis onder de woning. Van alle gemakken voorzien! Wij wonen hier normaal zelf met z'n viertjes en verhuren tijdens onze vakanties. Lieve poes Mies zit daarom bij de deal in; met water, brokjes en af en toe een aai is ze tevreden. Klik op de foto's voor meer info en bij vragen: stel ze gerust :-)

Rijksmonument uit 1621

Altijd al willen logeren in één van de oudste huizen van Deventer? In mijn sprookjesachtige huis (een rijksmonument uit 1621) is gelukkig nog veel van de historie in tact; de hoge voorkamer, de lage oude gebinten op de 1e verdieping (pas op je hoofd) en de prachtige nisjes. Delen uit het huis stammen zelfs uit de 14e eeuw en hebben de grote stadsbrand in die eeuw overleeft. Het huis staat in een rustig straatje op steenworp afstand vande IJssel en de beste restaurants die Deventer bezit.

Een sfeervolle houten veranda op het zuid-westen, volledig overdekt en te verwarmen met 2 wandkachels. U kunt dus altijd buiten zitten en genieten van de prachtige luchten en ondergaande zon. Rust en veel privacy. Door de elektr. haard en vloerverwarming is het huis ook zeer geschikt voor de winterperiode.

In the large sunny backyard are several terraces, one of which is covered (adjacent to the living room). The house has a large living room (45 m2), dining kitchen, three bedrooms and a separate dressing room with ironing facilities. Private parking for several cars. Garden furniture and bbq available.

Welkom op onze idyllische IJsselhoeve. Hier, temidden van het Sallandse platteland hebben wij onze voormalige jongveestal omgebouwd tot 2 plattelandskamers. De naam Het Stenenkruis is geïnspireerd op het Stenenkruis van de Eikelhof, een monument dat al generaties lang op ons erf staat en trots het verhaal van onze regio vertelt. Op ons terras kunt u genieten van het uitzicht op onze weilanden, terwijl onze nieuwsgierige koeien u de hele dag door gezelschap houden.

It’s best suited for 2-4 people as the bedroom is fully equipped with a huge kingsize bed and the basement that coveres 35m2 is also perfect for another 2 people.
