Ontdek de landelijke charme van 't Swarte Peert! Ons gezellige zomerhuisje is de perfecte vakantiebestemming, gelegen naast onze bewoonde boerderij. Met een eigen ingang biedt dit knusse verblijf rust en comfort. In een schilderachtige omgeving aan de rivier de IJssel, op slechts 15 minuten rijden van het historische Deventer, verwelkomt ons zomerhuisje je met open armen. De eenvoudige, maar comfortabele inrichting zorgt voor een ontspannen ambiance, perfect om even helemaal tot rust te komen.

You can relax in our beautiful detached, fully furnished nature cottage. It is located on a quiet country road, surrounded by old oaks overlooking our (sheep) pasture. A cozy wooden veranda on the south-west, fully covered and heated with 2 wall heaters. So you can always sit outside and enjoy the beautiful skies and setting sun. Peace and quiet and lots of privacy. Due to the electric fireplace and floor heating, the house is also very suitable for the winter period.

Bedroom with 2 single box spring beds. Offer is for 2 people. Shower room and toilet on the floor. All this on the first floor. Breakfast is possible from 7 a.m. Windows with screens. Our guesthouse is completely new, we have converted an existing shed into a spacious and modern guesthouse of about 50 m2. This guesthouse is suitable for 2 people and has all the facilities that offer the comfort you need during your stay. We live next door to the residence ourselves, but it is completely separate from each other. Parking is free and in front of the door and we also have access to charge your electric car. Check-in from 15:00 .

Retreat to this unique, soothing place to stay. Located on the ice cream shop, this idyllic eco home is ideal for couples or families. Because it is made of sustainable materials, the atmosphere, warmth and acoustics are wonderful. Put your chair in the orchard, and enjoy the many birds in the garden and around the house. Or enjoy the buzzing bees flying above the green roof. Apeldoorn, Zwolle but especially Deventer are very easy to reach.
