The house is in a beautiful place on the water. In Hellevoetsluis, there is plenty to see and experience. It is also a great place as a base for visiting Rotterdam and/or the Zeeland island. You'll love my place because of the outdoor space and the neighborhood. My place is suitable for couples and families (with children); there is also good fishing water in Hellevoetsluis and the surrounding area. Business rental for up to 3 people/3 bedrooms. Swimming pool closed until January 2023.

This cottage is located in nature reserve the Voornse Duinen at the end of a cycle path (accessible by cars) and 1.5 km from the sea. The house has a very large garden and unobstructed views to the meadow behind. The central living room features a wood stove and open kitchen. The two master bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms, are also on the ground floor. The first floor is for the children. There is a custom-made loft bed and an extra bed.

Outside of school holidays, it is very quiet and you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine in the spring due to the good location of the house. During the holidays, especially in summer, many families with children are in the park. The large playground with trampolines, soccer field, and climbing frame invite you to play and linger.

Excellent for cycling to various fortified towns - Brielle and Hellevoetsluis and walking through the dunes of Voorne. Shops and eateries are in Oostvoorne and Brielle.
