The hosts were very helpful and the communication was super good. They made us feel like home from the first moment. They felt more like relatives than just Airbnb hosts. The apartment was extremely clean. The cleanest I have experienced so far. The bed is very good and all the equipment in the apartment is of very good condition and quality. The negative with the apartment is the high humidity but I guess that won't be a problem when air conditioning will be on during warm days. The place is walking distance from either metro lines 1 or 2 and in principle you can walk any distance in central Napoli, from the historic center down to the sea. It's just at the beginning of the hill so no worries about uphill walk. The neighborhood is very vivid and the noise is rather high in early morning hours but I guess that's what you have to pay for living so central. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and we would definitely recommend it to anyone else.

We loved our stay at Alessandra's. It is in a great location. Her place is well curated with unique pieces of art and the design and style of the flat is warm and inviting. We had such a lovely visit here. I loved the view overseeing the square and did not find it too noisy at night. We did not have any issues sleeping. The hosts went above and beyond to accomodate us, from sharing ideal places to visit or go for meals and more. The hosts are mindful and courteous people. I would glady stay here again the next time I visit Napoli!

where to even start? we were traveling to parts of italy we have never been before and having a place to land that felt so warm with hospitality was a blessing after a long, hard day of train strikes and rental car fiascos. enrico goes above and beyond to make sure his guests feel safe and welcome. he really saved us a hassle by letting us park the car within the walls of the building. the apartment itself is very plugged in to public transportation so we were able to catch the train just a couple blocks down as well as walk to napoli’s beautiful museums. try pizzeria da atillio while you are here! truly such a humble place to enjoy neopolitan mainstays. and enjoy making yourself a quick espresso at home! thank you enrico! you were truly the best host!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The listing was accurate, and the place was exactly as described. The host was highly responsive and proactive, providing clear instructions on how to access the apartment. Inside, there was a wealth of information about nearby attractions and how to navigate public transport. The apartment's location was perfect—just a 3-minute walk to the gondola, which gave us easy access to different areas. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Gianluca was absolutely amazing. Everything from direct and rapid response time, to wonderful recommendations on where to go for great food, local hot spots and how to get around the town as a “local”;). Made us feel very special and welcome. Would absolutely recommended 10000% over to anyone visiting Naples, especially Americans!! Very easy to communicate with Gianluca, he made us feel at home. This apartment was excellent and I will would certainly stay there again next time in Naples. The balcony is fantastic with an amazing view and adds a unique aspect to this apartment that by itself makes it worthwhile. The neighborhood is wonderful, family oriented, safe, interesting, and close to both the upper heights of Naples as well as <10 minute walk to the historical center and numerous restaurants etc. The cable car (Funiculare) makes the climb up the hill easy if you have difficulty, but it is 5 minutes walking up and great exercise. The hosting is unique, the hosts live across the hall and made me feel right at home, and the son, Max, who officially manages it is extremely responsive and helpful. They even helped me find my next apartment nearby when I wanted to extend my stay but their apartment was reserved. The inside of the apartment is not spacious but sufficient for a couple, with plenty of space to organize clothing, which a lot of AirBnB's overlook.

The apartment is central and well connected: about 15' walk from the central train station, less than 10' walk from the Alibus stop (port/airport route) and 2-3' walk from the Duomo subway entrance. Its location therefore makes it easy to get around, especially since the old town is also close. Many things can be visited in 15 minutes on foot, not to mention the proximity of good restaurants and a supermarket in the immediate vicinity. The building is secure (a gate + a door + a concierge). It loses some of its brightness since it overlooks an inner courtyard, but it guarantees a beneficial silence when returning from the din of the big city. The apartment is nice, comfortable and feels good (small downside for the large bed that squeaks a little). We end up getting used to living with the colorful "naive art" characters that appear on the many paintings signed by Nadia. It's fun! Thanks to Nadia for her kindness and flexibility.

On the 3rd and top floor, a spacious and quiet apartment, beautiful entrance, 2 large bedrooms with large beds, beautiful bathroom, large living room, large terrace, airy, and very bright, beautiful view of Vesuvius and the upper neighborhoods. The staircase to access is steep and narrow, be careful if you have a big and heavy suitcase. supermarket 50 meters away Museo metro 100 m

Ciro keeps a damn fine property. Everything as advertised and true to the listing, perfectly placed between 2 train stations that will get you more or less anywhere you could want to go and a walkable distance from great restaurants, shopping, amenities and the excavations at Ercolano. Clean and tidy on arrival, beautifully laid out and easily accessible, made even easier by how communicative Ciro is. We would happily stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was very clean, quiet and comfortable and we would not hesitate to book again. Gianpiero was always contactable and quick to respond to any queries. We had a comfortable stay in Naples thanks to the central location and the quiet and spacious apartment. Our host Rita was waiting for us on Via Chiaia when we checked in and was very warm and welcoming. She explained everything very well and was super responsive before and during the trip. The apartment itself is large and quiet even though it is in a central and busy part of town. It has been recently renovated and very clean. There are several bakeries close by and we just walked over for a Napolitano breakfast every morning. Rita arranged a car with driver for a trip to Pompeii and gave a great suggestion to visit Positano as well. Rocco, the driver, was very helpful and gave us some helpful insights and at the end of the evening we stopped at Sorrento for dinner. He even dropped us to the train station on our way out. That was worth every penny and made our stay more enjoyable. The place is a short walk to the port where you can take a ferry to Capri.

Beautiful apartment! The hosts comms were great. Incredible location. Very well equipped. You do need to be fit to climb all those steps, but it is well worth it, and a lift is coming soon i understand :-)

I spend 3 nights with friends and place was in the middle of the old centre, so all restaurants, bars etc where on walking distance but it was very quiet in the apartment. Apartment was clean and Valeria communicates clear and quick. I really recommend her place to stay during a trip to Naples

could not choose better place for Napoli center . we saw all sites recommended by chat gpt to do in Napoli. inn two days every thing by foot. don't think to drive down town Napoli. four brightness well separated bad rooms each one with its own bathroom. no car street full of happy Napolitans. getting out the apartment you are in the very center of Napoli next time in Napoli will be the very same apartment

Excellent experience, very fast and practical exchanges, nice apartment (in a great area) and with the advantage of silence, which is not obvious in the center of Naples. The beds are very comfortable, it's a shame to have to stay only one night. Deborah gives excellent advice on the area and is very accommodating in case of difficulties. Thank you

Great house in a very nice and lively neighbourhood, packed with good places to eat and chill. Vincenzo is a very kind and warm host who helped us a lot with some great recommendations and suggestions. The house is super clean and very well equipped. Only thing that wasn’t perfect was a certain smell in the bathroom but as long as you keep the window and door open it’s manageable.
