The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

Wir begrüßen Euch in unserer Ferienwohnung. Sie befindet sich in einem ruhigen Hinterhof, in der ersten Etage mit Blick ins Grüne. Direkt am Rande des bekannten Mühltals gelegen, bietet sie Erholung und Ruhe, genießt den Ausblick oder nutzt die Zeit für einen Waldspaziergang. Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung, gerne könnt ihr aber im Innenhof eine Raucherpause einlegen. Parkplätze sind entweder auf dem Gelände selbst oder auf dem 50m entfernten Privatparkplatz vorhanden.

Kleine Ferienwohnung in der Gärtnerei

Die kleine Wohnung liegt in mitten eines Gärtnerei Grundstückes im Erdgeschoss des Vermieters. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über einen befestigten Feldweg. Der Eingang ist über den Hinterhof erreichbar. Mit dem Auto kann fast direkt vor die Haustür gefahren werden, durch die idyllische Gartenanlage und dem Nutzgarten. Achtung: Im Sommer ist der Parkplatz durch fallende Äpfel ( unter Apfelbaum) eingeschränkt. Vor dem Anwesen ist ein Parkplatz der auch genutzt werden kann.

Die Eingang zum park der Stadt ist 20 meter entfernt. Es gibt ein Biergarten mit wundervollem Essen in der mitte des Parks und ein berühmter Michelin (1) Restaurant sehr in der nähe.

Zentral gelegene, neu und modern eingerichtete Wohnung im Zentrum Geras. Alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe. Der Bäcker ist direkt nebenan. Zwei Minuten Fußweg zur Straßenbahn und 10 Minuten zum schönen Markt. Es können problemlos 4 Erwachsene dort übernachten. Highlight ist natürlich die schöne große Dachterrasse. Dusche und Badewanne sowie eine komplett eingerichtete Küche lassen keine Wünsche offen.
