Flat in the old “Ponitzer Mühle” - mill

The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

The modern and comfortable apartment for up to four guests was renovated and equipped to a high standard in December 2017. A few minutes' walk from the main train station, it is located in the most beautiful district of Untermhaus between the river and the city forest! All pictures hung in the apartment are originals by local, regional and European artists and can be purchased! A fully automatic washer-dryer will be purchased for the next rental of 1 month or longer.

Perfekt für eine kleine Familie oder Reisegruppe oder aber auch für Alleinreisende. Es gibt ein Doppelbett-Schlafzimmer sowie zwei Betten im Wohnzimmer. Die Fenster zeigen alle in Richtung des ruhigen Hinterhofs. Gleich nebenan befindet sich ein kleines Restaurant. Sie haben es also nicht weit, nach einem gemütlichen Abendessen.
