It is a spacious apartment, quiet and centrally located in an upscale residential area. Ideal for a single person or a couple (possibly with a child). There are open spaces, an enclosed bedroom with large bed (1.80 m x 2 m) and in addition a fold-out sofa bed (1.40 m x 2m) in the living-dining room.

Shopping and bakeries are within walking distance. Parking is available right outside the door. Check-in/out times are specified, yet flexible.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a three-family house (three residents). The house entrance is accessible via a seven-step staircase, but also barrier-free via the rear entrance. The apartment (63 square meters) has two bedrooms - one double bed and two single beds - and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is accessible via a small hallway, which is occasionally used by the other residents. The terrace in the courtyard can be used in good weather.

The pedestrian zone, the Europagalerie and numerous sights, such as the old town, the Franco-German garden, the Ludwigskirche, the castle and the town hall are all within walking distance in approx. 15-30 minutes away. The bus stop, from which buses go to the city, is only 4 minutes away.
