The wooden vacation home is located on a 600 m² and lovingly designed property with plenty of space to relax and unwind for up to 6 people. Two terraces with awnings and cozy seating invite you to sunbathe or eat together. The highlights of the garden are a Jacuzzi with wood burning, a fire bowl and the rustic seating area in the countryside. The property has partial lake views - the swimming lake is about 3 minutes on foot.

Holiday house Branka

This completely renovated house with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sauna boasts breathtaking views of Lake Branka. You can store all your swimming and fishing equipment in the private "boathouse" with a stove. It is also a great place to relax and watch the sunset or take a refreshing dip in the water after visiting the private sauna.

The vacation home is located in Winklarn, a small town, home to a baker, butcher and pastry chef. The next largest city of Oberviechtach with all shopping is only 6 km away. It is at ground level, barrier-free, surrounded by a large garden. It is heated with electricity and a fireplace/wood. Hot water is prepared by a water heater.
