The apartment is perfect both for couples and families. The location is very idyllic and ideal for excursions in the area. It has everything you need. For everything else is a small supermarket nearby. Just like last time - happy to come back!

The apartment was very clean, large and comfortably furnished. There was everything you needed. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to park our car safely in the underground garage of the house. The contact with Mariia was great, she responded quickly. I can only recommend the apartment. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is centrally located, all healing springs are within walking distance! The most beautiful balcony in the street!!! We felt very comfortable and since the bedroom went out the back, we slept great👍🏼 a great stay👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

We spent three days in Rico's apartment. The surroundings are beautiful. There are bars and restaurants right next door. Chemnitz was definitely worth the trip.

Everything wonderful, a very nice well equipped house with everything you need. Supermarkets and restaurants are minutes away by car. Not far to the spa towns and many other sights. Absolute peace and nature pure. We will be happy to come back.

Oliver is an extraordinary host. THANK YOU. We had a great time talking about his art, his projects, about God and the world. The stoves provided nice warmth, his dog Gandhi is impressively large and then quite peaceful. Remains unforgettable

We can only recommend this house. It is nicely located, close to Bayreuth, bakers nearby and also a good Italian ;-) The house was very clean, modernly furnished and in a quiet location.(Deer behind the house) Alina provided us with tips, rolls, newspapers, etc. ... I can't actually find words for this kindness. We will take this accommodation again on our next visit to Bayreuth. Thanks for everything, you two.

Pleasant and clean accommodation, great communication. The cottage is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The only mistake was the weather, but unfortunately it can't be ordered, so maybe next year the snow will come out :)

The place is great and fully met our expectations. It is very cozy furnished and very clean. In the immediate vicinity is a great restaurant and only a few minutes by car is a small ski resort. We had a lovely few days and will be back.
