Beautiful, completely renovated dream house in 83135 Schechen am Inn, district of Rosenheim in Upper Bavaria. The idyllic Erlensee lake is in the immediate vicinity. To the bus 1 minute, train nearby, a few minutes to Rosenheim and 45 minutes to Munich. The house has three bedrooms, a balcony and a very spacious bathroom, two WCs. There is also a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, leading into the bright living/dining area, with conservatory and adjoining terrace overlooking the garden.

Rest and relaxation for the whole family with views over green meadows to the mountains. The newly built 100 m² apartment is located in an old farm in the Inn Valley. The apartment is very rural and is 3 km from Rott am Inn. The popular "Rotter Ausee" is nearby. The Inn cycle path from Engadine to Passau leads almost past the house. The apartment is a good starting point for trips to the Chiemgau, Wasserburg, Rosenheim or the mountains.

Ma Bastide - your little kingdom in beautiful Bavaria

Ma Bastide is located in Bad Endorf, which is also called the gateway to Chiemgau. Bad Endorf itself has a lot to offer and has a 1A transport connection to Munich or Salzburg. Just minutes from Ma Bastide is a wonderful thermal spa that invites you to relax. In the "Gut Immling," art and culture lovers will also get their money's worth. The Simseeklinik and the spa gardens are also close to the property.
