The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

This one bedroom flat is situated in a quiet residential area of Ceske Budejovice (150 km from Prague) and has the benefit of fantastic and spacious internal facing terrace. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
