Villa vacation rentals in Vodice

Tatjana und ihr Mann sind sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter. Das Haus war in einem wunderbaren Zustand und sehr sauber. Tatjanas Mann kam fast jeden Morgen um den Pool zu reinigen. Das hat uns auch keinesfalls gestört, denn er war sehr respektvoll, freundlich und man bekam meist nichts von ihm mit. Die Kommunikation mit Tatjana ist wirklich herausragend. So etwas habe ich vorher noch nicht erlebt. Sie ist hilfsbereit und hat uns bei Bedarf z.B. auch frische Handtücher gebracht, obwohl man in der Unterkunft auch waschen kann. Uns hat hier nichts gefehlt und wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit im kleinen Örtchen „Sopot“. Wir würden es jederzeit erneut buchen.

10/10 in every way! We had an incredible time at The View Vodice from start to finish. It was one of the nicest houses I've ever stayed in, let alone rented. The house itself is BEAUTIFUL and so comfortable. It has everything you need and much more - brand new finishes, very comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen and all the appliances and tools you can think of. It was sparkling clean. The outside area / pool / outdoor kitchen is a dream come true. The house is perfect and we never wanted to leave. Niko was very friendly and responsive throughout, from start to finish. He helped us by giving us recommendations in the area and hooking us up with a nearby restaurant to have dinner delivered. Book it, you won't be disappointed!

Couldn’t have been happier. Villa was amazing, the pictures didn’t do it justice. Was perfect for 9 of us. Everything was spotless, so well kept and felt extremely modern. Petra was super helpful in arranging arrivals at the villa, and assisting us with places to eat in Split. The cab driver who works with the Villa was also brilliant. Journeys into Split weren’t too bad, but definitely use the taxi driver that Petra recommends! Others will charge through the roof… On days we stayed locally, there are some amazing restaurants down on the waterfront of Kaštel Novi which were half the price of a dinner/drinks in Split - super happy with the location, and choice of villa! Overall, we couldn’t have been happier. We had an amazing stay in Croatia, and the Villa was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay close to Split!

A beautiful house with a great location. A fantastic view of the sea and a nice neighborhood. A pleasant host. We would love to come back.

Die Villa war an sich sehr schön. Der Pool war riesig, jedoch ist keiner gekommen um es zumindest einmal sauber zu machen. Die Beheizung dauerte ewig. Mit zwei Kleinkindern war es deshalb etwas schwierig konnten kaum in den Pool. Aber war eher wetterbedingt das die beheizung so lange gedauert hat. Kommunikation war perfekt immer schnell erreichbar wenn probleme aufgetreten sind. Bisschen mehr an Küchenmaterial wäre gut. Im ganzen hat es uns aber sehr spaß gemacht. :)

Das Häuschen ist so, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Sehr gemütlich und perfekt für einen Urlaub. Das Grundstück ist riesig und bietet einen schönen Ausblick auf die Natur. Man ist ungestört und gelangt von dort mit dem Auto innerhalb von Max. 30 Minuten nach Zadar. Andrea war per immer schnell zu erreichen und sehr gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Einfach empfehlenswert!! ☺️

Dear Ivanna! We can not thank you enough for the stay we had in Seget Donji. It was beyond perfect & we all wish we could have stayed another week. We loved the separation of the bedrooms with the house. The pool area and the kitchen was where we were for majority of the days & it was so special. This was definitely a 30th to remember! Hosts were extremely proactive and arranged airport drop off and pick up. Close to town, bakery and supermarkets. Quiet location and a fabulous view. Would highly recommend!

We had a lovely time in Marijas Villa. Everything is as described in the Airbnb-Ad. Marija is very friendly and available at any time for questions and recommendations. She is one of the best host i have ever had. We were very thankful to have her.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Lucija sehr genossen, diese war die perfekte Gastgeberin! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Lucija selbst war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat auf unsere Nachrichten sehr schnell geantwortet. Bei unserer Ankunft hat sie uns sogar Getränke sowie Essen kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt, worüber wir uns natürlich sehr gefreut haben. Auch hinsichtlich unserer Abreise und der Schlüsselübergabe war Lucija sehr flexibel und ließ uns netterweise sogar noch länger in der Unterkunft bleiben, als ursprünglich angeben. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Family. For our group it was very nice to have a separate living space so we could also have some time to ourselves. Some of our group loved to be able to walk down to the grocery store and beach each day, but it was also nice to be able to spend time at the property. The view was unbeatable. Megy was very helpful in helping us arrange taxis. My favourite was the large outdoor table on the terrace so we could all dine together!

Nous avons passé 10 jours exceptionnels dans la villa de Teo et Kristina. La villa est grande et spacieuse. La piscine a toujours été très propre, Teo venait la nettoyer régulièrement. Teo a été aux petits soins avec nous. Merci pour ce si bel accueil et les petites boissons fraîches et gourmandises salées à l’arrivé ! Nous garderons un souvenir inoubliable de nos vacances en Croatie.

Josip was a great host communicated very well with us. Whenever we had questions he answered quickly. Very friendly guy. The house is beautiful, swimming pool, nice views, great air conditioning, table tennis, darts boards. Can’t complain at all, only thing is you do hear the planes flying in and out but honeslty we didn’t care and it only happens a few times a day. The villa makes up for it! Would highly recommend if you are looking for a spacious villa. Also need to add you are about 30 mins from split but bolt and uber is easily accessible so not bad at all.

Amazing place! So peaceful in the mornings to just sit on terrace and drink coffee. Sauna was amazing and walkable to the sea! Restaurants nearby are also delicious - 4 mins drive. Thea was super responsive and very helpful. We loved staying there and can't wait to go back!

We were a group of 4 adults and 1 toddler. It’s not easy to find accommodation with three king sized beds all with lovely en suite bathrooms. Luksa’s villa was absolutely fabulous in this regard. The swimming pool was lovey and we used it every day. There was a range of pool ‘toys’ available including a ring for toddlers and two big inflatable rings and a beach ball. The pool table was well used and there was a good range of games and toys for all age groups. The villa is well equipped. The location suited us. A fair range of restaurants and supermarkets are within easy walking distance and we also walked into Trogir although it was hard going in the heat! A car is not essential but an advantage. All in all, we would highly recommend Luksa’s house.

Our stay at this house was absolutely fantastic! Everything was perfectly prepared – the house was very clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped. The pool and jacuzzi were available every day and were thoroughly cleaned by the host every morning, which we really appreciated. All appliances worked flawlessly, and the bathrooms and kitchen were well-stocked – we didn’t miss a thing. The house had fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning in every room, which made even the hottest days comfortable. Communication with the host was very easy and pleasant – extremely helpful and kind people, always ready to offer advice or help if we needed anything. My friends and I were truly impressed with both the house and the overall experience. An extra bonus was the stunning view – a perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended, and we definitely hope to come back in the future!

Absolutely great place for a family holiday in Croatia. We enjoy all facilities, both toddlers were happy to use toys in the garden, pool place and patio so beautiful for relaxing days. House has all the amenities needed. Egemen is very kind and responsive host. Highly recommend! We will come back :)

Spędziliśmy tydzień w tej przepięknej willi z basenem w Chorwacji i był to jeden z najlepszych wyjazdów w naszym życiu! Dom jest dokładnie taki, jak na zdjęciach – a nawet piękniejszy. Przestronny, nowoczesny, idealnie czysty i w pełni wyposażony we wszystko, czego potrzeba na wakacjach. Największą atrakcją był oczywiście basen – codzienne poranne kąpiele, relaks przy leżakach i wieczorne zachody słońca z widokiem na okoliczne wzgórza były prawdziwą magią. Jednak to, co naprawdę wyróżnia to miejsce, to gospodyni. Przesympatyczna, serdeczna i niezwykle pomocna – od pierwszego kontaktu aż do samego wyjazdu. Dbała o każdy szczegół, zawsze dostępna, a przy tym nienachalna. Sprawiła, że czuliśmy się nie jak goście, ale jak przyjaciele. Z całego serca polecamy ten dom każdemu, kto szuka wypoczynku w pięknym miejscu, z dala od zgiełku, a jednocześnie blisko urokliwych miasteczek. Na pewno tu wrócimy

We’ve stayed in Airbnb’s all over the world but this one is definitely a favorite. We were sad to leave and wished we’d stayed longer. The interior is gorgeous, the exterior is stunning. The pool, ping pong table, and outdoor kitchen are amazing. The house was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely modern villa, great to have the pool table etc downstairs to keep the kids occupied. BBQ area is great with the outside seating as well. Spacious villa that is well maintained. It's lovely to sit out in the evening and hear absolutely nothing apart from wildlife, very peaceful surroundings. Plenty of walking and biking to be done and close to busier areas. All along the coast is beautiful with plenty of areas to get in the sea and ferrys available if you want to look around other islands in the vicinity.

Wir haben zu viert samt Hund eine Woche im Haus verbracht und unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen. Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Alles ist sehr sauber und modern und es mangelt an nichts. Der Aussenbereich ist schön gestaltet und man fühlt sich dort ungestört. Der Pool war ebenfalls ein Traum. Zum eigenen Meerzugang in der wirklich schönen Bucht sind es nur einige Schritte. Außerdem ist ein schöner Kiesstrand nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Antonia war wirklich eine tolle Gastgeberin. Freundlich, stets hilfsbereit und sehr reaktionsschnell. Ihre Tipps, z.B. zu Restaurants, waren prima. Wir können das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay here with our family of 5 (3 children ages 11. 9 and 4). The living space is beautiful with plentiful outdoor space with views of the pool and hills. Our family loved sitting outside and swimming everyday in a private, modern setting. We enjoyed day trips to Sibinek, Split, Krka National Park, Trogir, and Primosten. The location is quiet but close enough by car to many fun activities. A supermarket is within walking distance which made it convenient to gather basic supplies. Lastly, the hosts were amazing. Thank you to Josipa for the gifts, recommendations and prompt responses. We loved our time in Croatia and are grateful for the beautiful memories.

We (family, 2 adults, 3 kids (16, 14, 11)) have spent a wonderful week in August in the beautiful location. Great swimming pool. Everything very big, tennis court in good shape. We would definitely come again. Be aware it can get hot, as there is no AC.
