Sadrži dvije spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima, kupaonicu s tušem, dodatni toalet, kuhinju, blagovaonicu i dnevni boravak s kaučem na razvlačenje. Iz dnevnog boravka izlazi se na terasu s blagovaonskim stolom. Gostima su dostupni TV, klima, Wi-Fi i parkirno mjesto. Kuća je 1,5 km od plaže, a do centra se stiže laganom šetnjom za 15 minuta. This is a newly constructed house on the beach with a beautiful view. The house is made of two apartments but they are separated and you have complete privacy. It's ideal for a family summer vacation in a quiet area but bars and restaurants are easily accessible by foot. You can access the beach straight from our garden and you can enjoy in the shade or if you prefer laying in the sun there is another beach 2 minutes walk from the house. We also provide free parking spot.

Kućica je smještena na osami u uvali Doca na otoku Murteru, u potpunoj izolaciji. Do kuće se ne može doći autom već pješice(10 min hodanja od parkinga u kampu Kosirina).Ljetovanje podrazumjeva samoću, miris prirode, predivan pogled, nema gužve, buke ni prometa. One is called Coppacabana by the locals, where you'll find many Chiringuitos and a pebble beach. The other is on the back side of the island, with rocks and cliffs from which you can jump directly into the crystal-clear water.
