Vacation rentals with a sauna in Vodice

first of all the host Linda and Donkey sorry Tony were excellent hosts made you feel very welcome and all the little added extras like wine chocolates and snacks was absolutely thoughtful I am just sorry we didn't leave a present to say thank you , now the apartment is fantastic for all couples from a very good modern shower with so many different water features to the extremely good hot tub with a goldilocks temperature, the kitchen is small but with everything you need we only cooked once because you have good restaurants all around with some good fine dining but I must say the nesspresso coffee maker was a blessing first thing in the morning and Linda supplies you with more than enough capsules for your stay, bedroom well what can I say , the bed is massive luckily me and my misses never argued once because the bed is that big I wouldn't see her all night and with the mirrored ceiling and mood lighting we had a wonderful time 😍😜, Recommendation for restaurants is BE-COOL ..

Beautiful and spacious suite. Super clean kitchen and bathroom. Great jacuzzi with a massage on the deck. Ivo was very responsive and answered all our questions.

Amazing stay ! Perfect for a chilled beach/pool girls trip with option to go into split via bus (25min). Property was safe, clean and overall perfect for a group of 5. 10 minute walk to the beach and shops location was great. Couldn’t recommend this place more for a trip, loved it! Host was so pleasant and responsive with great recommendations. Thank you for hosting us :)

This place is absolutely stunning!! We were a bit nervous because of the pictures being computer generated, but it literally looks like that and even better in person. The unit is brand new (hence the plan pictures) I believe it’s the only occupied unit in that building. The location is super quiet, there is a beach literally in front of it! You can also walk along the coast line almost through the entire town. The rooftop is AMAZING! We swam in the pool and used the hot tub. There is a small store walking distance for any necessities. We didn’t really enjoy any of the restaurants near by, however, there is plenty good restaurants within a 15 minute drive. And lastly, the host is wonderful. She met us at the unit and explained everything to us. Very friendly and hospitable.

The welcome was exceptional, Ivana welcomed us with simplicity and kindness. Her mom welcomed us with a homemade cake. The place is secluded, quiet and authentic. I recommend it.

We had a lovely stay at Ivana's in Kastel Stari. The flat is spacious and well furnished. The outside area and swimming pool are great. Ivana was very welcoming and responsive. We had a late flight back and Ivana allowed us to stay a bit later, which was gratefully received. Kastel Stari and surrounding areas are beautiful. Lovely beaches and lots of good places to eat and drink.

Karla's Lusso Apartment was everything we'd hoped for, and more, for our city break in Split. The apartment was clean and modern with amazing views out of the bedroom windows and balcony to Split Marina and Harbour, watching the boats come in and out. Location-wise, it is perfectly positioned to explore the area, with some great walks, quiet beaches and Split Old Town, Riva Promenade and Diocletian Palace, all just a few minutes' walk away. There's even a superb Pizza restaurant, just across the road with some of the best pizzas I've tasted outside of Naples. There was so much to do, so much history and culture and some superb bars, restaurants and gelaterias. The apartment is also close to the base of the steps up to Marjan Hill for some superb views and photo opportunities. Karla and her husband were perfect hosts and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is beautifully furnished with everything you need...comfortable beds, good showers and even a small sauna! Highly recommended.

Fantastic property and location. You can tell the care in which the owners took in restoring the property. We enjoyed seeing the old photos of what the structure looked like before restoration. Easy to find with the owner's instructions and helpful pictures. We arrived a little early and appreciated the flexible check-in. The apartment itself is fantastic and is exactly as shown in the photos. Spotlessly clean and has all the items you need. We appreciated the renovated shower and sauna, as well as the peace and quiet at night on the edge of the old city. Perfectly walkable to anywhere you need to go, and the Uber/Taxi from the airport was able to drop us off essentially a few feet from the property. Owners were immediately available for help with any questions. We will stay here again when we return to Split!

We were totally satisfied The beach was a 4-minute walk away The nearest supermarket is about a 15-minute walk. There were enough German TV channels. Kitchen was well equipped Communication was super fast and friendly All in all absolutely fantastic I thank you for this great vacation experience

Jana's house was very beautiful and cozy. I really enjoy staying there! There was very clean! Jana let me and my family to check in early, it was very pleasant. I hope I'll return to this place next year :)

We had a great stay in this apartment! When we arrived we were delighted to see that it was very clean and that a bottle of water had been placed in the freezer which made us feel good, it was a pleasant attention! It is perfectly located, the beach is just down the street, there is a convenience store not far away where you can walk there, a parking space is also available at the bottom of the building. We were also well received by Maria and she was very responsive when we had a few questions. The spa room was very nice, the pricing is for 2 hours of pure relaxation in a very large jacuzzi.

Well furnished and clean apartment. The communication was great and the hosts always tried to respond quickly. We felt very comfortable. Highly recommended! 🙏

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Dora! The apartment is new, modern and well equipped. Clean towels was provided several times during our stay. The pool area is likewise spotless clean and very nice with comfortable sun beds. The apartment is surrounded by olive trees and beach and restaurants are within walking distance. Boat service for Trogir leave from the small marina at the beach, we really enjoyed Trogir which is very charming and with great restaurants. Ante is a great host, very friendly and helpful.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment was super clean, it was even bigger than it looked in the photos. It was well equipped, we found anything we needed and even more. Also the location was great - few minutes walk from the beach and marina where you can find many restaurants. The communication with Dario was flawless too. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment. Highly recommend! 😊

Lovely place to stay!

The apartment is not big for 4 persons, but it is cozy and you have everything you need. Located in 30 min walk to the beach. We didn't meet Marijana in person, but communication over the phone was very friendly and we received all the information very quickly.

Šime’s home is in the heart of the old town, just below the fortress, a charming 10 minute walk on limestone paths, up and down stairs, from the nearest parking. The house was immaculate with two comfortable bedrooms on the lower floor and a beautiful living room, dining room, and kitchen on the upper floor with spectacular sunset views. The lower level of the house has a bar, hot tub, and sauna, as well as a second large bath. We were thoroughly charmed by the location in the heart of the old town, and by the views across the water. Šime was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Great place to stay, highly recommend. We are 8 people and were comfortable. The outside is amazing, plenty of chairs and a beautiful pool overlooking the water. Host was very responsive and came to the place to support us with check-in. It’s around a 20 minute drive to Split. The place is on a hill so it’s hard to walk places, but the Ubers are super cheap. Overall highly recommend!

Our stay at Sara’s villa was just lovely. Such a peaceful location with tremendous views over the mountains. The villa was spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need and thoughtfully put together. We just loved the pool house with billiard table and sauna. The outdoor kitchen and bbq was another favourite. Sara and Katja were so lovely and welcoming and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their villa to anyone looking for a fabulous, peaceful place to stay. We have been to many villas over the years and this was definitely one of our favourites. Thank you once again.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely place. Everything was exactly as described. Unfortunately, we only had 5 days before we traveled on. But we will definitely be back. Owners were easy to get hold of, very polite and delivered services far beyond our expectations! Our new favorite place!

We had a great stay in this house and the nice garden. We and our kids loved the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Very suitable location for outdoor living and very nice for the kids with a lot to play. Even table tennis. The house itself provides everything you need, and it was clean. Antonia explained everything well, easy to communicate with and gave some tips for trips nearby. She even gave a tasty welcome and goodbye present. For us the location was a good base to see the natural wonders like Krka, Paklenica and even Plitivce lakes. You certainly need a car, but in the range around you can see and do a lot. We certainly recommend this house!

My family & I stayed here (2 adults & 3 young children) and we loved the house! We were welcomed with fresh bread and cake, and it was very clean. Everything was just as described and pictured, the pool was lovely to relax around, and the large outdoor grill and sauna were fabulous to have. We really didn't want to leave! Josip is a fantastic host and was always very responsive to any questions, including helping us with groceries due to Easter closure and providing a travel cot on request. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to explore the Zadar & surrounding area, Old Town is a short drive away, and we also travelled to Plitvice Lakes which took around 2 hours. Overall an extremely pleasant stay; clean, spacious and excellent amenities. Thankyou!
