Loft vacation rentals in Vodice

We really enjoyed our stay, the flat is very well equipped (oven, washing machine) especially the kitchen you can really cook, very nice hosts and you cannot be closer to the sea literally in front of the house! We also enjoyed the atmosphere in Sutivan and the ferry from Supetar is really close so very convenient.

Dea and Tonci were very helpful and let us leave our bags in the flat 4 hours before check-in, allowing us to explore the beautiful old town in the morning. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The best thing about this apartment is the location. We were 5 minutes away from the old town and could easily walk everywhere. Would definitely recommend!!

L’appartement est parfait, fidèle à sa description. Tina est une hôte très gentille, accueillante, souriante ! La vue du balcon est tout simplement magnifique lors des couchés de soleil (vue sur la mer) L’emplacement est bien, à 10min de marche de la mer, il y a une épicerie sur le chemin et une place privée pour une voiture.

Kristina’s place was very cozy and perfect for 2 people. Location was walking distance to the old town of Split and near by beaches. She provided great local food recommendations for every price point and had great communication throughout the stay. I would highly recommend staying here and would book with her again for future trips.

We enjoyed our stay in Poljana. It is very quiet location for relaxing and if you like to explore you have also the chance to see beatiful places on Island. All you need: beach, shop and restaurant is only few min. away from house. Nina's Mom is nice als friendly , you feel welcome. We are enjoying a creative, functional and stylish interior design from apartment. We are hope to come back soon.

Excellent séjour chez Ankica. Le logement est agréable, il y a un balcon avec vue sur la mer et coucher de soleil. La literie est très bonne et il y a un lave-linge à disposition à côté de la piscine commune. A prendre en compte: le logement est situé en hauteur il y a environ 900m à grimper du bas de la rue à l'appartement donc il faut soit aimer marcher, soit avoir une voiture. En tout cas Podstrana est bien desservi en bus, aussi bien pour aller à Omis qu'à Split mais pour Split il faut s'armer de patience car les bouchons sont quotidiens ou presque. Je recommande l'emplacement !

As others have said, it's a small place, but that suited us fine. It's clean and cosy, and and with easy access to various places in and around Split, especially with your own car. The main thing is the host: Kristian (Kiki) is Ivanka's son and is exactly how others have described him: super friendly and helpful. This is what AirBnB is meant to be, with people like him who do all they can to make your stay a good one. Would definitely stay at one of their places again if back in Split.

Cozy apartment that offers everything you need (including dish washer). It has a nice terrace which is perfect for chilling or eating dinner in the evenings. Grill and parking spot is available. Anja is very responsive and helpful, she provided us with information about the estate, Žman and Dugi otok in general, which made our stay on the island even better and easier. She and her family are very kind and they make you feel very welcome. Location is good and Žman offers all the necessities (beach, shop, restaurant, bar, bus), but you will need a car to reach “wild” beaches and explore the rest of the island.

Fantastic apartment in the best location possible. Could not get any closer to the ferry, beaches and restaurants. Nina was a fantastic host and went above and beyond to make my trip amazing. Would recommend this place to anybody visiting Supetar.

Wir sind unendlich froh das wir uns für diese Villa entschieden haben. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Das komplette Haus ist extrem sauber und hygienisch. Die Ausstattung ist Top!!! Sehr stilvoll. In der Küche ist alles zum kochen da. Es fehlt nichts an Küchenutensilien. Ivana hat sich über jedes Detail Gedanken gemacht. Sie hat uns sehr herzliche Empfangen. Hat ein Tisch mit Kalten Getränken / hausgemachten Wein und Gebäck + Obst vorbereitet. Sie ist sehr sehr freundlich und sympathisch. War jederzeit für uns da. Von der Terrasse hatten wir einen traumhaften Ausblick direkt aufs Meer. Das Meer ist zu fuß in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Abends haben wir das Pool immer genutzt. Dieser Ort ist zum ausruhen Perfekt. Es gibt nichts womit wir unzufrieden waren. Ich kann dieses tolle Haus nur weiterempfehlen!!! Trogir ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Abends ist es sehr schön da. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu fuß in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit in ihrem Haus. Liebe Grüße Özlem

Wir haben uns bei Martina/Marijo super wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war erstklassig mit einer grandiosen Aussicht von der Dachterrasse. Marijo war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Ein super Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nelly’s place was a great stay! Close to everything. There were a few small things to be improved, such as shower head not having a holder so having to manually hold, but overall really good!

Amazing place to stay at! Capacious and lovely for a group of people. The sea is within a 1 minute reach on foot from the house what is an amazing bonus! Breathtaking view on the sea! Apart from that it’s situated within a close reach of other cities so it’s really easy to commute and make 1-2 trips to somewhere from here via car! The hosts are very welcoming and always eager to help you when you need them. The house itself is newly built and furnished! Last but not least the general atmosphere is very hospital, you feel as if you’re a close friend of the hosts.

We had a great stay here! Wonderful location right in the old town and a lovely apartment with everything you need! We were 4 adults and fit comfortably using the sofa bed :) would definitely recommend.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dem Loft. Die Unterkunft ist bestens ausgestattet. Sie hat eine perfekte Lage, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden und auch das Meer zu erreichen. Wir haben uns zu viert sehr wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Wo sollen wir anfangen?… Von der unglaublichen Schönheit des Ortes Preko oder der Freundlichkeit von Mihaela, ihrer reizenden Familie? Wir wissen es nicht, denn wir sind nahezu sprachlos. Unser Urlaub war perfekt! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. 3 Wochen super Wetter, jeden Tag Sonne und das traumhafte Meer. Mihaela war immer für uns da und hat uns all unsere Fragen beantwortet. Sie ist so reizend und hilfsbereit. Ein niedlicher Ort für Menschen die Ruhe und Entschleunigung suchen. Kurze Wege, leckeres Essen wirklich überall! Jeden Tag Eis im Poko Roko, eln Traum. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll. Was für ein Priveleg, mit frischer Wäsche anzureisen und wieder abzureisen. Danke Mihaela, dass ich die Waschmaschine nutzen durfte so oft ich wollte :-). Eine Kaffeemaschine ist auch vorhanden. In 20 Minuten erreicht man mit der Fähre die Altstadt von Zadar, ein Ausflug lohnt sich wirklich. Wir haben die Kultur und Schönheit von Kroatien sehr genossen. Besonders gut hat uns die Bodenständigkeit der Menschen gefallen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist im charmanten Altstadtkern von Preko und sehr ruhig gelegen, dass man eine Feder fallen hören würde. Wir haben uns hier wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Auch die Nachbarn sind sehr nett. Alles hat gepasst. Vielleicht sehen wir uns irgendwann wieder, in Berlin oder in Preko, wer weiß :-).
