Frane’s place is very conveniently located! It’s a short 5-10 minute walk to Old Town, ferry port and Split’s boardwalk and marina. The unit is spacious (more than I expected from the pictures), clean and comfortable Also, there are no stairs. Frane was always in touch with us prior to our arrival and was always attentive and responsive, even let us check in before the official time, which was a plus and we appreciated very much. I recommend this place to anyone looking where to stay in Split in a quiet zone, but really close to all city attractions and landmarks. Thank you Frane for your kindness and attentions to us! Darija was a particularly available host and had great tips for visiting the city and its surroundings. The apartment was impeccably clean, very well equipped and located 15 minutes' walk from the old town, 10 minutes' drive from the first beaches. Parking is available and the neighborhood is very peaceful. We'll come back without hesitating!

The location of this wonderful home can’t be beat. You can walk right to old town and to many bakeries. They found parking for us which is very rare in this part of the city. It was comfortable and clean and I’d stay again.

a very nice apartment, clean well presented, everything you need. only a 10 minute walk to the old town area across the footbridge. shops and bars nearby. parking is a bit tight and scarce but there is a massive free carpark a 2 minute walk away. Even though the area looked a bit grey and cramped we felt comfortable walking around during the day and night.

Dorde is a pleasant person who hosted us very well. Impeccable and well-located accommodation for a stay without a vehicle. We had a lovely stay.

The Apartment was very well thought out, with a deck and nice outdoor furniture. The grocery store across the street was a bonus to the right of that was the beach. Would have used the workout room downstairs if I had stayed longer. The other added bonus They own the coffee shop downstairs, which serves breakfast, lunch and snacks, and coffee. It was great to be on the beach and away from the hustle of downtown.

The Airbnb is nice and clean. Old town is 20 min away, supermarket is also around the corner and some restaurants are within walking distance. Bozana is very helpful and friendly! The communication with her via Airbnb was easy and fast.

Really nice apartment, 10 minutes walk from one of the best beach clubs I found in Split, so, pretty convenient! We had some issues with the kitchen but Zdravka was so fast and efficient to answer that those issues were resolved super quickly! We are really happy with the time there and looking forward to come back one day! 😊

The place was great in a good location if you want to have a peaceful and quiet stay while being able to reach anywhere around the city and islands. The beach close by is very peaceful and perfect for a morning swim. Would 100% recommend!

The apartment was exactly as described, with a beautiful view. There’s no need for a car since the bus stops are conveniently close. There are no cons to mention – the apartment is priced as it should be. The small selection of books provided was surprisingly interesting.

This is a lovely, well kept property. The swimming pool is a good size and we really enjoyed that, along with the al Fresco kitchen and barbecue. The place was all particularly clean on arrival and was easy to find. The location is good with the waterfront at Kastel Stari being a few minutes drive down the hill. Being next to the train line is no issue trains are quite infrequent and didn't disturb us at all.

We had our bachelor party with 10 men in Zadar and it was fantastic! The rented house with pool, sauna and hot tub was just perfect for our group. There were also some attractions in the area that were good for excursions. Especially in the evening we loved the lively old town – great atmosphere and really good clubs. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend the house!

Our stay in Croatia was simply wonderful! The accommodation was fantastic – quiet, very clean, and comfortable. The bed was super comfy, and the kitchen was well-equipped, making our stay really enjoyable. We especially loved the veranda, where we could have breakfast outside in the mornings and enjoy the great weather. Our host Marko was extremely friendly and helpful. He provided us with lots of useful information about local sights and gave great tips. Communication was easy, and he took excellent care of us during our stay. A real highlight was the amazing view and the location right by the sea. It was incredibly convenient to just walk out of the house, cross the street, and be swimming in the Adriatic Sea. We would gladly come back anytime!

An awesome villa - great size, spacious living areas, a gym and games room downstairs and a large pool. We loved it. Although it’s a fair distance away from the centre of Split getting an Uber was very easy and cost about €26. Darko was brilliant, very attentive and brought round food which was incredibly generous and exceptionally well made. We loved our time there

We loved the place and the hosts were very helpful, even arranging transport from airport. The view and pool were amazing. We did not cook. Walk to town is short, but steep - maybe 10-15 minutes. Only downside is it’s right under the flight path for arrivals to Split. This is true for a lot of Trogir.

nice little house and the pool is very good. All necessary toiletries, kitchen and linen are included. Kristian the son is very responsive and very kind. The house is next to a river. Shops nearby.

It’s a beautiful house with good location. It’s located in a quiet area with lots of trees and fantastic sea views. We had a nice time in this house. Btw, Borna is very nice and always helps us to solve problems in time.
