If you like nature, forest fruits, hunting or fishing then Villa Šaran is the right choice for you. The apartment consists of two connected rooms with a bathroom. In the kitchen there is an induction hob, a gas stove, an oven, a kettle, a mixer and a refrigerator. In the living room there is a TV and a dining table from which a beautiful view of the lake extends through the balcony door that leads to the terrace. In the hallway there is a large freezer. We have swings, a slide, a trampoline, a sand play area and a mini barbecue. Min. 3 nights

Cozy 2-storey villa with its own saltwater pool and circulation for light warming. The pool is used between April and October, there is a comfortable decking around it. The Jacuzzi works all year round, water temperature around 40 degrees. A vast yard with cherry trees and greenery. There's a barbecue. The place is secluded, there's a forest around. There's a store in the village for the most necessary things. Kyustendil is about 12 km away. About 50 meters from the house there is a spring with wonderful drinking water from the mountain.

Barrels are made for two people max. Our place is perfect for escaping city for a few days. Yours is just to come to our place and we will try our best to make your holiday as better as we can.
