The villa comes with a sea view and is a short walk away from the nearest beach so you can rest assured you are in the perfect location for your holiday.

Besides the natural beauty of the area, a great selection of restaurants, bars and other stores have you covered during your stay, all within walking distance. They were renovated in 2018 striving to be an affordable, comfortable and relaxing accommodation for visitors.

The house itself is exceptionally finished in neutral tones throughout with high end furniture and is designed around 2 levels. The ground floor area comprises a large open plan lounge, fully fitted Italian kitchen with breakfast bar & dining area, and a WC. A feature spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where there is located a small office/desk area to the landing. There are 2 double bedrooms on this 1st floor, serviced by a family bathroom and benefiting from large wardrobe fittings.

Buena Vista comprises 11 renovated self-catering studios with a private balcony each, as well as a spacious common backyard with a seating area surrounded by flowering gardens. Studio #5 is on the 1st floor. Buena Vista studios are ideally located on the hill over Lourdata with picturesque views of the Ionian sea, the surrounding countryside and Mt Ainos.
