It has been a pleasure to stay in Villa Giacomo. The house is big, clean and it has everything you need, the pool is amazing and always clean . Personally, I highly recommend Villa Giacomo for who wants to spend nice time in pool, on the beach, surrounded by the nature and a strategic point to visit others places in Sicily. I hope to be back soon ! Thanks Giacomo .

We were picked up and given a very warm welcome. Everything was explained to us in detail, and the hosts even surprised us with local delicacies, which we could enjoy for dinner. They were incredibly friendly and always available to answer any questions immediately. It truly couldn’t have been better service!

Alessandro und Valentina gehören zu den herzlichsten Vermietern, die wir je erlebt haben. Nicht nur, dass Alessandro uns in Syrakus abgeholt hat, er hat uns gleich noch die Gegend gezeigt, Supermärkte, Restaurants empfohlen, sogar vor der besten Bäckerei in Cassibile (Panificio Nanè) gewartet, bis wir Brot etc. eingekauft hatten. Und als wir ein Auto mieten wollten, um die Gegend zu erkunden, hat er uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Es war jederzeit ein wunderbarer Kontakt zu den beiden. Das Appartement ist großzügig für ein Paar, die Terrasse der absolute Hit: ein fantastischer Blick aufs Meer. Wer also die Gegend erkunden will, ist in Fontane Bianche bei Alessandro und Valentina bestens aufgehoben. Man fährt tagsüber nach Noto, Syrakus, Modica und entspannt abends im Appartement. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht, die Betten sind sehr bequem, das Bad perfekt. Die Adresse ist eine absolute Empfehlung. Wir kommen wieder :) !!!

Wir sind eine 5-Köpfige Familie und hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Stefania. Das Grundstück, der Pool und vor allem die fantastische Aussicht waren einfach nur toll. Besonders gut fanden wir auch, dass das Haus in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand war. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Grundstück liegt etwas abgelegen, so dass man auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Giuseppe war super. Wir wurden herzlich willkommen und bei Fragen zwischendurch, war Giuseppe jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Lido di Noto mit unseren zwei Kindern! Die Unterkunft war perfekt für einen abwechslungsreichen Familienurlaub – wir haben sowohl die traumhaften Strände als auch viele kulturelle Highlights im Südosten Siziliens erkundet. Das Haus liegt ruhig auf einem großen Grundstück, ideal zum Entspannen. Es ist hervorragend ausgestattet – von Töpfen und Putzmitteln bis hin zu Waschmaschine, Föhn und sogar einem Glätteisen war alles vorhanden. Die Lage ist ideal, um Noto, Syrakus, Ragusa & Co. zu entdecken. Am schönsten war Ortigia und die Wanderung auf dem Ätna. Ein besonderes Highlight waren die beiden Gastgeber: unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und dabei absolut entspannt. Zur Begrüßung gab es sogar Erfrischungsgetränke – eine kleine Geste, die uns gleich willkommen fühlen ließ. Wir können diesen Ort wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Die Wohnung von Francesco ist sehr gemütlich und die Lage ist top! Wir waren als 5-köpfige Familie im Appartement und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Küche hat alle notwendigen Sachen um sich Kleinigkeiten selbst zu kochen. Und Essen auf der Loggia ist traumhaft. Auf dem Parkplatz vorm Appartement ist zwar immer etwas los, aber es war nicht störend. Francesco schreibt immer sofort zurück wenn man Fragen hat. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt.

We LOVED spending most of a month on this beautiful and peaceful property just outside town! We took day trips in every direction and each location was even̈ more beautiful than the previous one. The hosts did not speak any English, but we communicated quite effectively using Google translate They have the most lovable dog, too.....just as sweet as the hosts themselves!

Wonderful location, with a lovely view of the sea. Quiet and pleasant. The apartment is well appointed and functional, clean, with a private parking spot (very convenient). Communication with the hosts was smooth and they provided helpful general information on the region. One negative thing to keep in mind is the extremely low water pressure that makes taking showers (or baths for that matter) a rather painful experience - I don't suppose the owners can do much about this which is why this doesn't affect my rating. I should mention though that the flexible shower tube leaks badly which aggravates the situation so they should replace it.

Very beautiful house at the beach. We had everything we needed, separate bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Nice outdoor area with barbecue and table tennis. The beach was wonderful, not a lot of people and very clear water. No rocks, a perfect spot for a vacation with little kids.
