Joseph runs the show whilst the more reserved Gerlin supports him whenever needed. They invited us to attend morning Mass with us, and Joseph joined us for a basin of yaqona on our 2nd night. We booked for 3 nights, stayed for 4 and will spend another night whrn we get back to Kovalam next week. The sparklers are comfortable and extremely clean snd tidy. The garden is a haven for flower and fruit lovers. We highly recommend this place if you're looking for a safe, clean and quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle of Kovalam Beach.

Had an amazing stay at Steve’s place. Steve’s parents who stay downstairs were super kind and helpful. Had a great time conversing with them. This place is centrally located and makes it convenient to commute. Zomato/Swiggy works just fine. This place has a dedicated car parking, which keeps your vehicle safe.

Felt right at home. This villa is located at a very peaceful locality with all the necessary amenities. Wonderful place that truly feels like home! Located right in the heart of Trivandrum city center, this cozy and clean home is exactly as shown in the pictures. It's not a luxury stay, but it’s perfect for families or groups of 5 to 6 people looking for a comfortable and convenient place. There are grocery stores and small vegetarian restaurants just a short walk away. All the main attractions in Trivandrum are easily accessible, and getting around is simple with autos and taxis available right outside, plus a nearby bus stop. Mr. Pradeep was an outstanding host, and his family went above and beyond to take care of my parents—not as tenants, but as beloved relatives. Their warmth, care, and hospitality made my parents feel completely at home. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the Attukal Bhagavathy Temple—with excellent connectivity and only a few kilometers from the railway station. The home was spotlessly clean, hygienic, and nestled in a serene environment, making the stay even more enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the bottom of my heart, I sincerely thank Mr. Pradeep and his family for their kindness, love, and care.

Vinod is an excellent and caring communicator. His Mom with a sweet smile helped me with anything I wanted. The location was perfect for me, it took me like 3-4 minutes to the clinic I had Panchakarma. The Lighthouse beach is about 5-6 minutes. I love the paciousness of the apartment, the spotless cleanliness. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with warm water. One of the bedrooms has a large double bed and a single bed, and A/C that I didn't use, just tried it once, it's functional. But in general, I prefer to open the windows. All windows are covered by mosquito nets, a handy solution. A kitchen with washer is available for your convenience, but I ate out always. All in all, I had an amazing time at Vinod's apartment. Thank you, and I full heartedly recommend it to others.
