There is air condition in every bedroom and a pedestal floor fan for the open living room space/ kitchen. There is NO PARKING available outside the property, but there is port free parking or you will find parking space around the neighbourhood. The distance from the sea is 2 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot. The distance from the central square of the village is 4 minutes on foot. It is 10 km from Nafplio, 3 km from Vivari, a nice fishing village with many fish taverns, 29 km from Ancient Mycenae and 29 km from the ancient theater of Epidaurus.

The village is just 12km from Nafplio, close to the most wonderful sites of Argolida and Peloponnese! The functional and well detailed design of the studio combined with the astonishing view from its private balcony to Vivari gulf will give you the best holiday experience!

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
