Beautiful location and quiet place outside of the city noise. Host is very helpful and responsive.

Massimo’s apartment was a beautiful, peaceful oasis of cool for a few very hot days in Rome. It was lovely to come out of Rome on the train and only have a short walk back home with the welcome relief of a/c to turn on. Massimo and his son were wonderful hosts, meeting us and showing us round the apartment. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they showed us the way to a very good restaurant and Massimo even arranged a taxi for us back to the airport, which was quite a bit cheaper than an Uber. We would definitely recommend them if you want to be a little bit out of town.

My partner and I absolutely loved staying here. The neighborhood was wonderful and it was quiet, and the train station was not far from the airbnb. It was a lovely quiet getaway from the busy Rome center.

The apartment is a place with lots of lighting and ventilation, in a very cozy neighborhood with many trees and many birds. Vitinia, where it is located, is connected by subway and bus to the center of Rome. However, when we were there, the subway line was under maintenance, so after 8:30 pm you couldn't get there by subway, only by bus. Grazia's team was always very attentive to our needs and responded quickly when we had any concerns. They also helped us get a taxi to go to the airport, which we really appreciate.
